The issue is that they make you jump through hoops to cancel your subscription. Why on earth should I need to email the support team and file a request to cancel a subscription, in 2023? Every other subscription service i've ever used provides a simple "Cancel Membership" button, no not this company. Oh but they provide a "skip order for 1 month" button. Go figure. Manipulative and tedious process. Then its another issue if you signed up with your ****** account because when you're primpted to sign in to make the request, the option to sign in through ****** or ******** is not there! I am a very stubborn client so I will skip the order every month if i have to; they will not be getting another dollar out of me!Scentbird Inc.

I would NOT recommend ordering from Scentbird. There is not an option on their website to cancel your subscription permanently. There is no number to contact them. You must talk to a chatbot which sends you around in circles or it just completely evades your questions. Another way to try and contact them is by "submitting a ticket", or emailing them. They must take weeks to respond, because they are still automatically billing my card.Scentbird Inc.

They only let you email in a request to cancel a subscription. I asked them to cancel my subscription and they never did and months later are still charging me and ignoring my emails asking them to cancel. Will file complaint with credit card company next.Scentbird Inc.

This company is a flat out scam. Its not possible to cancel your account independently even though subscribing is entirely independent. They worst part is that the PRODUCTS ARE NOT EVEN REAL/LEGIT luxury fragrances and they dont respond care. I think they planned to scam a few people here and there enough times to earn revenue and fund their actual products. This is low-level risk model, and very common btw, even in regular commercial spaces, thats probably how theyre allowed to continue this organized crime, I mean, scam! *cough cough* not to mention that their alibi is probably along the lines of well your Honor, the term luxury is a completely subjective, we happen to consider this $30 cologne a premium brand and no legalities bear weight on subjective opinions this legal-end is solid! Their stuff is definitely under $45 cologne, the pictures online may be deep fakes and/or cheap Chinese imitations that look just like the real stuff! Trust me, these guys are *******!!! Fake products designed to capitalize on chronic *********Ad clickers. Think about that last part long and hard.!!!!Scentbird Inc.

Stay far away this company! They are a bunch of scammers. They supposedly shipped my package to the wrong address after I had already updated it when I signed up. So I never received my package, and lost out on money by paying for a subscription with no product. They told me they wouldn't refund me the money for the subscription and I wouldn't be getting a replacement. They have ignored multiple emails of mine. They are a bunch of scammers!Scentbird Inc.

They automatically renew your subscription without alerting you AND for the same period of time your first one was. I assumed that it would only revert to month to month, but no, it charged me over $300 for another *non-refundable* 12-month subscription, before the end of my last subscribed month. I have been subscribed to Scentbird online subscription starting September for 7 dollars with a promo special ,after will be charged 16 (original monthly price). Anyways my first cologne came. Said it will arrive by the end of September turns out its take till October to arrive, decided to have take another shot and they up charge $30, I thought well I must of gotten the full bottle by accident but no I got up charged for the same 16oz bottle small spray bottle and they dont even tell you they just say add to your queue think youll get the small one. Not pleased with this company at all. I was under the impression that that I would be charged around $16 a month for my subscription, I find that they have been charging me around $20 dollars a month and I had to refer to my bank statements to find out this information.On the website, under your membership details, they do not list any information about what you will be charged per month, just how much upgrading your membership will be. They also don't have any kind of information for your account or subscription numbers on the website or emails they send to you. They also do not have a request on the website directly to cancel your subscription, just instructions and an email address to send inquiries too if you're wishing to cancel.It's been one week, and I have sent them two messages requesting to cancel. They have charged my card again for another month during that time. I am now having to visit my bank to request a stop payment/future charges to my card since my requests to cancel are being ignored.I am taking this moment to share my experience as I have found this company to not be trustworthy.
