  After paying for pet insurance for close to 10 years on 2 dogs the 1st time I use it they denied me on one dog. My dog had to have some of his teeth extracted and they noticed on a comment by my vet that he said my dog had some gingervitis so they deemed it a pre-existing condition. Don't waste your money. Close to 10,000 spent. Just put the monet away yourself.

  THE WORST , CAN'T EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR. Paid into this company tens of thousands of dollars over his life time. He is not 10 and they raised his premium to almost $800 per month, with terrible coverage. We would have been much better off put this money into an account for when he got older. We had to cancel due to this complete RAPE. No one at this awful company has any heart. I apologize to everyone in the past I recommended these monsters to.

  Fetch by The Dodo Pet Insurance is totally a scam ! We have been paying over the years, they alway find an excuse to decline the coverage, and they are changing their policy anytime they want to, i submitted 3 claims with all vet documents, they rejected all. i called spoke with 2 customer service, one lady was laughing on me, other guy just did the same. will call my credit card to cancel the payment.

  Very disapointed with Fetch. I was a customer with Petplan before they were taken over by Fetch.
  My renewal has come in for 2023 - it is $400 more than last year. I have never made a claim!
  Will be changing Insurers very soon.

  I'm sad to hear so many have had negative experiences. We insured my girl when she was 4 months old. She had her first seizures 5 months later. We've had enormous bills for hospitalizations and diagnostics. We have claims every month for meds. When she ate fertilizer and we had to call the poison hotline they covered 100% of the call fee. We've submitted so many claims and never had one denied. They even covered a house call by a holistic vet and the supplements we purchased from him.

  Pup 1yr old 2 claims no coverage bc need 2 yrs doc notes. She is only 1 yr old. Fetch ins is a scam! Don't do it!!!!!!!!!! I would give 0 stars!

  Worst company! Total Scam. We have pet insurance with Fetch for 6years never had to use. Until now when our medical bill for an eye injury is over $3500 so far pay out $600. They break up each visit into a new claim so they avoid paying because the deductible in our case of $450 and 80% of the remaining balance is not reached. The whole process is a nightmare as well constantly asking for more documentation on their online platform. We canceled there is no benefit of having insurance with them. It's a company that takes advantage and uses very loophole to not payout a claim.

  My husband and I have been with this company since 2017. Unfortunately my husband passed after our pet was insured and the insurance was under his name. I continued pay faithfully for five years since his death. Now I have been reviewing insurance policies and changing many. Today I called to cancel my pet’s insurance was told only my husband could cancel it. I had to submit a death certificate to cancel them. The only insurance co, that I have that requested a death certificate. I already have another pet insurance that will give me more coverage and care for my pet. I wanted people who are considering them to know this.

  Never get this company, complete scam. They never reimburse you, instead they keep asking for medical history paperwork and will claim it was a preexisting condition.
  I cancelled my credit card and they began harassing me with emails that I need to update my CC or my policy would be cancelled. I wanted to cancel anyway and took this as an opportunity to cancel it. I checked my account and confirmed there was paperwork stating my policy had been cancelled. Lo and behold several months later I had 3 charges on my new CC and they reinstated my policy without my consent.
  After several attempted calls they are saying they cannot pay me back and I would have to cancel my policy again (which I did). I have disputed the charges with my bank. Unfortunately I have no way of deleting my CC information on my account and I am worried they will attempt to charge me again.
  Fetch is an awful company and I hope they all stub their toes.

  I just cancelled all 4 insurance policies on my cats after Fetch charged two deductibles for the same condition. When we first signed up years ago, Fetch was Go Pet Plan - a really wonderful insurance that actually covered claims and honored their commitments. Their policies were reasonable. Now, Fetch is charging exhorbitant amounts even for three healthy cats - it's cheaper to just pay for an annual wellness exam out of pocket.
