  DO NOT PURCHASE pet insurance from Fetch. It is a scam. They do not reimburse you for anything. I had coverage for over 4 years for two dogs. I never filed claims until this last year. One dog had an eye infection and needed some teeth pulled. They claimed these were pre-existing conditions. I sent records (yearly exams & dental cleanings) from the the entire time I had ****** there weren't any prior issues.Second dog diagnosed with Cancer and lived 2 months. Submitted all the records, but somehow they kept disappearing or were never received. I uploaded the paperwork, emailed ******* vet sent them all the SOAP notes for 5 years. The claim was still denied for missing documents. What other documents could they possibly need for Cancer, *********************** Is death a pre-existing condition? DO NOT PURCHASE FETCH! DO NOT PURCHASE FETCH!! Save your money, **************

  I have had Fetch since my dog was a pup, he is now 3 years old, my premium goes up every year and claims take longer and longer to process. I just found out that my month rate will go from around 70 to 200 dollars a month! That is absurd ! My dog has epilepsy I cant afford to pay for that and his med. That's the whole point of insurance. Now I am forced to cancel in Dec and go to a local animal hospital I will pay out of pocket for his medication and get a monthly package (still cheaper than fetch). I talked to customer service twice they said we could lower his coverage and it would still be above 100 a month to insure him! Do not use FETCH!

  FRAUD~SCAM~DECEITFUL~HORRIBLE~COMPANY!!!!I'VE READ ALL the COMPLAINTS against FETCH and they are 1000% CORRECT. All COMPLAINTS have ONE THING in COMMON we NEVER EVER SEE a PAID CLAIM. I have had the same issue with FETCH. They are a total B.S. insurance scam. I've submitted 4 claims in the last 4 months due to my furbaby having an ear infection. So when you file a claim they send you an email stating they received the claim and it is under review and then within a week they tell you they need more specific paperwork and previous health documentation from your vet so you submit it and then within a day they tell you it's been denied they need more documentation so you get a hold of your vet and get more you submit it and within a day they do the same thing, telling you they need more paperwork, they need more specific notes, THEY NEED, THEY NEED, THEY NEED, to the point my vet is frustrated and agitated with me for the constant time and effort needed to satisfy fetch insurance adjusters only to tell me it's been denied and the case suspended until proper documentation is received. My deductible is $300 a year I pay $35 a month and I've been paying for a year and 5 months so 17 35 is $595 dollars my claims are for $184.61 --$71.74 & $28.80 = $285.15 SO IF THEY'D HAVE paid out those claims, they would still have made $310.85 off of me. However they are still refusing, claiming I have not submitted proper paperwork! I don't believe there is proper paperwork as they will deny the claim by any means necessary no matter how much paperwork you submit it is insufficient leaving your pet UNINSURED. I HAVE CONTACTED AN ATTORNEY who is interested in this case, we have been doing considerable research into FETCH. I only wish there was a way to contact all of the people who have filed complaints here. What FETCH is doing is CRIMINAL as it LEAVES our FURBABIES VULNERABLE. I'm SWITCHING to TRUPANION as the saying goes, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Hard ****** learned.

  This company is awful. I have not been reimbursed for ANY claims made since 2020, and they repeatedly tell me that the "check is in the mail" when I reach out to them. Countless emails have been sent by me to the company, a number of phone calls have been made whereby I am told to email them, and proof of approval of claims has been provided more than once. I would never recommend them to anyone. I am owed over $5300 from Fetch (most of which has been outstanding for almost 4 years!!), and the coverage has gone from 90% with a deductible of $300 to 70% with a deductible of $750 over a 4.5 year period. I will be going back to *********. Costs a little more up front but they always reimburse on time and in full. I want to leave zero stars but that is not an option.

  So this is a total scam. They keep changing the reason to reject the claim after I satisfy the prior one. Keep in mind this is a large claim due to an emergency that happened 10months after I bought the policy in a perfectly healthy cat. I eventually get on a call with a supervisor who ends up telling me - look, there is no point in discussing, this claim will not be paid. just like that. I feel a victim of fraud.

  I warn anyone looking for pet insurance to avoid this company, they will pretend to file a claim then say they did not receive information over and over, they are a scam BEWARE

  Get your insurance elsewhere. They will apply arbitrary interpretation of their coverage to get out of providing it. You do not want to deal with fighting them while your pet is suffering.

  pretty terrible experience, despite meeting my deductible and having AMPLE opportunity to have stuff covered at 90% payout, they found every reason under the sun to deny every claim. I cancelled my plan and they continued to charge me. Gotta call them about that, but pro-tip! If you want to get a hold of anyone you'll need to go through the "cancel plan" option, then it will connect you to a **** I wasted thousands of dollars over the years and had nothing covered at all. Would not recommend to anyone.

  They make it difficult to cancel your account. You have to call, you cannot cancel online. That should be illegal. When you try to cancel they do try to get you to stay which I understand is their job. But frustrating when you feel like you are jumping through hoops to get it cancelled to begin with.

  I have insurance on my puppy since 9 weeks old with the following info below. Next year's annual premium increased from $950 to $2,686.42 -- an increase of 283%!! Worst company ever. You are supposed to get pet insurance as a puppy to avoid these egregious costs...Annual Premium: $2,686.42 <-- 2023: $950 Deductible: $300.0 Co-pay: 10% (Reimbursement rate 90%)Max Annual Payout: $15,000.00
