      I have a pet policy with fetch, which i pay early each month,ahd in August and September the charged just over $13 a month.on Sept 7th 2023 they send to my account charging me $6 more dollars for 2 months stated above.$3 more these months.called Fetch to dispute this,they are not going to fix it.this is there employees mistake.not mine,they have my info in front of them when I pay this bill.nothing mentioned about the extra $3 for each month.no email,phone or mail correspondence. that this error on there part was made. just a $6 charge to my payment account. I want they to be held accountable for there mistake

      Mercenary, Unethical and Deceptive Insurance Company
      When this company was PetPlan they were wonderful. I had joined prior to 2012 and when my cat Franklin went into decline PetPlan was supportive and offered the assistance I needed in covering his care and finally his cremation.
      When we rescued another cat after Franklin passed on in 2015, I immediately enrolled him with PetPlan. I had no idea that when PetPlan changed to Fetch in 2022, they had changed their policies.
      Jonesy was a very healthy and happy Tuxedo kitty who sadly took a quick decline at the end of July. He had no reason to go to the vet prior "just because." We had adopted him as an adult so he was neutered and had been with a family so had his original shots etc.
      How utterly shocked and horrified am I now that Fetch has denied ALL CLAIMS over not having superfluous annual visits that were not a part of the original insurance plan. After paying for insurance for 8 YEARS they have no decency in helping out with three invoices. They happily took nearly $6,000.00 from me for insurance coverage knowing that I would never be able to receive any reimbursement.
      I will NEVER recommend this company to ANY PET PARENT.

      If I could give Fetch 0 stars I would. They deserve that and worse. STAY AWAY FROM FETCH!

      The claims process is an almost unending nightmare. They will finding annnnnny reason to reject your claims. I got the insurance and then had my dog diagnosis end of June. I got the insurance a bit before June. They decided since there was one reference of a possible symptom of her diagnosis FOUR DAYS before the policy kicked in, that was enough to say obviously she had this issue so it’s rejected (even though the symptom is ridiculously common — appearing “anxious” like wtf).

      If I had gotten another insurance policy, a decent company, they’d recognize it as a new issue moving forward. But now they’ve messed me up forever - no insurance is going to cover this ongoing issue.

      I still cancelled to RUN AWAY FROM FETCH. If they’re going to deny her for this, they’ll deny her for anything. I’d rather pay a more respectable company whom I can rely on when my dog falls ill.

      Isn’t that the reason for insurance? Peace of mind?

      The idea is great but the company fetch is not being fair or professional on certain matters. At one point I was never getting the points from sponsors, only 25 points with every receipt and I would have to go in and manually correct it, which in most cases I still didn’t get the points. Recently on two occasions when I was close to reaching a reward for an offer, fetch would stop the offer. I know the app saids that they can withdraw offers at any time, but this is conveniently done to keep from giving people their points. I had an offer for 4500 points which didn’t expire until the 31st, here it is the 19th and I went to snap the last $11 of the $45 I had to spend and they withdrew the offer! How convenient for them! It’s wrong and I’m so sick of it! I brought the last $11 in things I could have waited for just because I was so close to those 4500 points! Fetch needs to do better! If u don’t want to give people the points just don’t display the offers!! It seems like cheating and lying!

      I've used this company for years but it has changed names over the course. Each company has covered less and less. I could not let this claim go by without letting others know. Unfortunately my dog had to be Euthanasiaed and I submitted the claim to Fetch and the response was that they do not cover cremation and that they would put the remainder of the claim towards this years deductible. Think twice before using this insurance they always have an excuse not to provide coverage.

      This company couldn’t care less about their customers. It’s impossible to get a real person to talk to you. They always send you to their awful interactive chatbot, which is A BOT and can’t answer most questions.

      We’ve been paying premiums for years, and when we finally needed a claim they scratched out the process for MONTHS. We were out thousands for months while they messed around. Then they denied the claim for a pre-existing condition she doesn’t even have???

      But five days later and I still can’t get as real person on the phone. DO NOT GET FETCH! Run far and run fast away from the Dodo’s little pet killing project

      Horrible Company. They delay claims under the guise of missing paperwork until the claim expires to avoid paying. Aside from that the company is horribly disorganized and the agents are useless. Over the past year I've had to file 3 claims on a cat I adopted. Each claim, despite me filing every paper I have (adoption records, soap notes, labs, vet visits, bills) they tell me I dont have enough paper work. Upon calling they can't figure out what is missing but also will not continue the claims process. Each agent I talk to "puts in a note" that is somehow never seen by any other agent. Claims reach the end their life and go unpaid, all while the companies representatives reassure you things will be taken care over months of phone calls. The fact that their operation is even legal is mind blowing. They are theives, scammers and don't give two shits about you or your pet. Look elsewhere for insurance.

      Started an insurance policy for my two young healthy pets. Upon intitiating policy, based on what I read believed all I had to do to be safe was get past the 15 day waiting period.

      Well about a month later my cat Marshawn starts showing sypmtoms of a urinary blockage. An immediate emergency. I took him to the emergency vet and he is good now after over 1400 dollars of vet bills. I told my friends and family I felt lucky I had gotten that policy so long ago. That wasnt the case. After vauge and wrong rejects of my parperwork of the cat, I was hung up OVER 5 TIMES by support before they simply told me they will pass "That" on the the claims team. There was no attempt at listening at all.

      Now not two hours after getting a message that my payment was denyed (i simply got a new debit card the week before) i get a message my claim was Denyed also! I am convinced this is a fraudulent company.

      I started my 6 month old Shepard/Cattle dog with insurance and had one very small claim for an injury that was taken care of. They paid the claim, however now that she is 2 years old, my rate went from $34 to 51.00 a month. That is a 48% increase. I was told it was due to her age (she's 2!) and that I lost my 15% discount due to I used my insurance. When I called about it, my only options was to lower my coverage or up my deductible. This is truly not worth the cost. I have Care Credit and savings which is the way to go. I feel this is not worth it at all.

      they cheat you on payout.... their mathemathic

      pay less out according to their math than any other insurance company ive used
