  Awful insurance. I only signed up because it was recommended by where I adopted my pet but definitely not worth the time or money. Experts at finding a reason not to pay out, even for small bills. I regret purchasing and don’t recommend.

  I had a policy since 2018. I cancelled a few days after I was charged only to be told that I cannot have a refund for July. Never once filed a claim and paid between $300-$400 a month. They charged me on 7/11 and I cancelled on 7/14 and refusing to refund the $400. Highly recommend to not do business with this company.

  I have had nothing but problems with this company. Prices go up every year. It has gone up 4x the amount and I have a healthy 4 year old dog. Finally decided to cancel and I feel SO relieved. This is after finding an unauthorized charge on my credit card. Fetch claims this was a seperate tax charge. Never in my life has any company charged seperately for taxes so I beleive this is a lie. My main issues are lack of responsiveness and slow communication. I've spent hours waiting for responses from agents that don't seem to know what's going on.

  Really disappointed. Before this pet insurance company was taken over (back when it was "PetPlan"), it was awesome. Easy service to use and always received my reimbursement cheques in a pretty timely manner.
  
  Since Dodo/Fetch has taken over, it has gone absolutely down the gutter. It takes a lot longer for them to assess claims, and the reimbursement cheques take minimum 2 months (this is after claim approval), if they come at all. I have had to contact them about every single reimbursement I have had. I get it all eventually, but it is an absolute headache. It is currently June 23rd and I am waiting on a cheque that, according to them, was send in April.
  
  Go with another pet insurance company.

  A *former* Fetch customer here, and I am only writing this review to warn others to be aware of how difficult to get your claim approved by this pet insurance service.
  You will need TIME, patience, and acrobatic skills as Fetch will make you jump through a *lot* of hoops. And then you will need a headache pill, as Fetch will then DENY your claim.
  In my experience, Fetch did not appear to be a legitimate insurance company.
  If you have had similarly frustrating experience and think Fetch acted in bad faith, you can
  1). take this matter up with the New York State Insurance Department: ********************************.
  2). And also file for damages in NYC Small Claims Court.
  I plan to do both. Good luck to all your good hearted people who care about your pets. Don't be scammed by Fetch!

  I would give them 0 stars if I could. I wrote to them to cancel my policy. They said I had to talk to someone on the phone. They took my premium out of my account. I’ve filed a charge back and will be reporting them to my state’s Attorney General.

  I'm pretty disappointed in the Fetch business model. I got Pet Insurance for financial security and peace of mind. It has turned out to be very frustrating, as there is A LOT of uncertainty surrounding the coverage and every trip to the vet is a gamble. It will be extremely stressful if I ever have to make a quick decision about whether or not to go through with a procedure that may, or may not save my dog's life, but will ultimately end up resulting in a lot of debt if it turns out not to be covered after waiting for 15 days to get the invoice and HX notes assessed by a Fetch representative. Even a 1-3 day wait time to get a pre-approved authorization by the Fetch team is not going to help very much if my dog needs immediate care.
  I would like to see an easily accessible, more user-friendly, less convoluted and continuously updated list of what will not be covered by one's Fetch insurance plan.

  Fetch Incorporated, Pet Insurance: A Scam and Privacy Abuser!
  My experience with Fetch Incorporated, Pet Insurance, was an absolute nightmare. This company operates as a shameless scam, abusing people's privacy and changing policies at their whim. They have no hesitation in stealing your hard-earned money.
  Their customer service is appalling. When I realized Fetch Pet Insurance was a scam and called to cancel my policy in 2022, a year passed and no cancelation was made by these thieves, A year later and $2,400 later, I called again and talked to a Mendy, who consistently patronized and belittled me. Despite my request for a cancellation confirmation, Mendy refused to provide one. It was clear they wanted to hide their fraudulent activities.
  To make matters worse and add insult to injury, Fetch Incorporated makes it incredibly difficult to remove your credit card information from their system. Mendy insisted that I had to handle everything through my online account, but surprise, surprise - there was no option to delete my payment details. It's obvious they want to hold onto that information for their own benefit, even after cancelation.
  Fetch Incorporated's disregard for customer privacy and satisfaction is outrageous. They have no interest in providing genuine insurance coverage for pets; instead, THEY PREY ON VULNERABLE PET OWNERS TO DRAIN THEIR FINANCES.
  I am determined to warn everyone I know about these despicable thieves and their fraudulent practices. I will not let them continue to steal money from unsuspecting people. Additionally, I will be filing complaints against Fetch Incorporated in every possible venue to expose their deceitful tactics.
  In conclusion, if you value your money and privacy, stay far away from Fetch Incorporated, Pet Insurance. They are a scam operation, taking advantage of caring pet owners. Instead, find a reputable and trustworthy pet insurance provider that truly has your pet's best interests at heart.

  Stay away from this company!!!!! Was with them for years last 3 claims all are charged a 350 deductible each….. no folks the deductible is not once a year!!!!! They change the rules as they go along. Premium increases every year now my pup is 8 years old and has been a healthy dog very few claims they keep charging the 350 deductible now I have to search for a new provider that my dog is older. They should be reported

  Sounds like another scam by the rich to get richer and impact auto insurance, poor Canada, this really reveals how insane humans are, who wrote these 4 star reviews? The vets children to secure their collage funds so they can offer insurance plans for Moon and Mars invasions from little green men or space marriage insurance, poor Earth
