I requested my LexisNexis Risk Solutions Consumer Disclosure Report online in early December 2024, On December 17, 2024, I received an email from LexisNexis requesting that I confirm my email address, which I did. About 2 weeks later I received a letter from LexisNexis dated December 17, 2024, with a web address and PIN to access my information. I went to the website and the PIN did not work. I called ********************** about this, and they told me to reapply online for the file, which I did.On January 15, 2025, I received an email from LexisNexis requesting that I confirm my email address, which I did. Then on January 24, 2025, I received another letter from LexisNexis dated January 15, 2025, with a web address and PIN to access my information. I went to the website and the PIN DID NOT work. I then called ********************** about this. Again, I was told to reapply online for the file. I told the *** that I did not agree with that resolution. She told me there was nothing further she could do. I then asked for a supervisor. When I spoke to the supervisor, I explained that twice I was sent website and PIN information that did not work. She asked for the newest website and PIN, which I gave her. **** then tried to see if she could access my file. She could not. She then told me that she would have another web address and PIN sent to me. I told her that it was unacceptable since the previous 2 web addresses and PINs did not work, why would I expect a third to work. She then offered to mail me my file, which I agreed ***** is now February 2, 2025, and I STILL HAVE NOT received the file.Business Response

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is causing insurmountable harm by providing FALSE and/or inaccurate data as can be seen by the countless complaints filed by individuals such as myself. It appears as though LexisNexis is neglecting to fact check the data they are providing to companies. And by failing to fact check they are causing individuals such as myself, an 80 year old man. to suffer the financial repercussions not to mention the awful stress! Like countless others have reported, I now have sky high auto insurance premiums because of the FALSE and/or Inaccurate report that is being shared by LexisNexis Risk Solutions. LexisNexis is providing an At Fault Accident claim report for a no fault claim. My vehicle was damaged by a AAA emergency roadside services tow truck. A simple fact check would have revealed documents from AAA ERS damage report and the ************* claim report both showing the claim ************ rating as being Insured Not at fault, No Fault Accident, non-fault claim. I would not be in this mess if they were fact checking the data theyre sharing in a responsible professional manner. *********** prove that there has never been an at fault accident in my name or anyone covered under my auto insurance. So not only did we have to endure the painstaking process of getting our vehicle repaired after being severely damaged by a AAA ERS tow truck, now Im having to deal with false reports of a At Fault Accidentclaim that is being reported by LexisNexis which has increased our Auto Ins by hundreds each month and will continue to until it is corrected. To correct the error LexisNexis requires you to request a report which takes 2 weeks and only after you receive the report in the mail can you file a dispute! Even when youve already been informed of the claim in question LexisNexis will not allow you to file a dispute until after you receive the report from them. I am writing to file a formal complaint against LEXIS-NEXIS due to ongoing issues with their customer service and inaccurate information reported on my file, which is significantly impacting my auto insurance premiums and interest rates.Despite following instructions from LEXIS-NEXIS, I am still unable to be verified when calling to discuss my dispute or initiate a verbal dispute. After answering the standard identification questions, my verification fails, and I am asked to submit my drivers license. Although I dont mind submitting it, I have previously received immediate assistance once the ** was reviewed. However, on January 24, 2025, the agent said he could not view my ** because of a system update. When I mentioned Ive been providing my ** for over a year and expected the system to be updated by now, the agent couldnt provide an answer. When I requested escalation, I was told there was nothing to escalate because the system was denying verification. After submitting my ** again, I was informed that I would need to wait 24 hours before I could receive help. This delay is something I have never had to deal with before.LEXIS-NEXIS provides data to bureaus and insurance companies, which use it to determine interest rates and premiums. In my case, the inaccurate information is causing these rates to be higher. Given LEXIS-NEXISs responsibility in managing this data, their inefficient process is unacceptable.I request that the BBB intervene to help resolve the errors on my report and ensure that LEXIS-NEXIS improves its customer service and system processes to prevent further delays.Thank you for your attention. I went online and ordered a birth certificate. It took 2 of the 4 steps out and they said they needed further documentation. They sent a document attachment andsaid that I had to have it notarized and I decided to cancel it. Then I found out that they charged $41.99 plus the transaction fee. They did not charge me the $41.99 because I did not complete all of the documentation. So there is nothing refunded to me because I did not process it. I am disappointed about the the investigation completed on 12/4/24. My case number is ********. One of the three claims on my CLUE report was removed. This history has been preventing me from changing my homeowners policy from ******** to other providers due to the information posted by ********. As an insurer, ******** failed to protect me from an unsafe situation and refused to use subrogation to fix my damage because they deemed it a ongoing issue. I got the building's insurance company (Coaction) to settle so that means that this negative information (claim history) is no longer applicable and should not impact my ability to seek other insurers. Moreover, I filled a complaint against them with *********************************************** which went nowhere. They added this to my CLUE report as retribution for the complaint with ***********************************************. They do not support people who have their insurance and do everything not to help or pay claims. I had to do all the leg work to get this rectified so their insurance policy offered no value. Quite honestly, I would like them to remove the information, so that I can move my business elsewhere. They did not pay out on any of the claims, so I do not understand what the problem is. Their local agent is an absolute waste of time as well. They are very unprofessional and nasty. I feel like they speak to me like I am stupid or a child.Business Response
