      My insurance was given a report from Lexisnexis that said our son was in a car accident and this caused our insurance to go up. Our son was not in a car accident and we were told to request a report from this company. We called and were told that after ******************************************** the mail. We never received the report. My husband and son called and were both hung up on. This company is doing nothing to help with the mistake that they made and it is costing us extra $$ on our insurance premiums.

      Lexisnexis is reporting an incorrect name under my profi le as ******* ***** and ***** *******. My government name is ***** *. MahmoudAdditionally they are reporting incorrect address like **************************************************************************************************************, ********************************************************* and ************************************. They also reported I owned a bagelbusiness. My information has been exposed in several data breaches and I demand this information be removed under FRCA consumer protectionlaws. Additionally, they share my information without my consent and i'd like them to cease doing this.

      LexisNexis Risk Solutions **** takes complaints from consumers extremely seriously and we have a robust process in place for resolving such matters, including a Legal review of all responses and handling by our Operations Escalated Response Team. 

      For Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaints, we continue to use a generic response for posting on the BBB website and a mail a more fulsome response to the consumer.? We have taken this approach to safeguard consumer-specific data; the BBB has confirmed that this is the better approach. 

      If the consumer does not agree with the BBB website response he or she can then reject the case on the BBB website; however, it keeps the consumers data safe.?? 

      And to reiterate, a separate letter is sent to the consumer with the specific details of the resolution via mail.

      LexisNexis refused to provide me with my full consumer file as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. They sent a generic denial letter without legal justification or verification. This lack of transparency affects my ability to manage my credit profile, and I request full access to my data.

      Lexis Nexis is the underwriting for my old car insurance( ******************* after switching insurance to GEICO(current insurance) I was given a lower quote for a policy. So I decided to purchase, at the time of checkout my price increased significantly from 135 a month to 195 a month. I reached out to ***** they advised me to contact with founders which I did and got them the letter stating I was not at fault for a hit and run. After some back and forth I filed a complaint to the ********************************. After their investigation they concluded that Lexis Nexis did not properly update the status of the incident.

      I am reaching out to formally request an urgent correction to the incorrect information recorded under my background reference number ************** regarding an incident that occurred on 12/26/2022. The report inaccurately categorizes the event as an accident when, in fact, it was an Act of God incident. A branch fell on my parked car while it was stationary, and I was in no way responsible for the event.I was completely unaware of this issue for the past year until an insurance agent recently informed me over the phone. Due to this incorrect classification, I have unjustly overpaid substantial amounts in increased insurance premiums. The claim, handled by ******** under Claim Number **********, clearly supports that the vehicle was not in motion at the time. LexisNexis is directly responsible for misrepresenting this incident, leading to significant financial losses.I demand that this error be corrected within one week. If not resolved promptly, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter

      Ordered birth certificates for both my son and myself. The screen for my son's certificate asked for relationship (me to him) and then the screen (website) asked for his date of birth. On the first screen the actual order his date of birth went through fine. But on the processing page before payment the date of birth would not enter. Entering my date of birth it went through. Paid the processing fee for Vital Chek ($13.45) and for the State of Illinois Vital Statistic Fee ($15.00). The order was placed March 29, 2025, received an email from Vital Chek March 31, 2025--stating that the Relationship between my child and I was incorrect. Whereupon I sent them a copy of his original Birth Certificate and my CDL. Today have not heard from them and the Vital Statistic Fee of ($15,00) has not been totally processed. They give you a number of ************* and also state that email is the best way to reach them, they do not answer the phone and have a person waiting for 30+ minutes. All I want is another Birth Certificate and them to not tell me the Relationship of his birth isn't correct. When proof was provided. I really do not have the time to wait for the Office here to do the "leg work" because my time during a break is limited. Just process the request.

      I have sent a copy of my son's ID to Vital Chek, which was a requirement for the initial order -- as to replying the Company sent a question mark.  Lexis Nexis wasn't the name of the Company as far as I know, Vital Chek was.

      I am filing this complaint regarding inaccurate personal information (addresses) on my credit report such as incorrect addresses, names, phone numbers and employment history that continues to negatively impact my credit despite my efforts to resolve this issue directly with the reporting agency dated: July 2023 and December 2024. I have been unsuccessful. The company sent a response stating that they located and verified the information as being accurate. I have provided this company with proof and they have still been negligent removing this inaccurate information. I have been denied credit due to this issues and personal my character is being affected by this.

      I've tried for the better part of a year to get a replacement PIN to remove my security freeze. Last summer they simply mailed me a PIN to access my consumer disclosure online. I submitted the online form, I mailed a request, I even sent a letter to their CEO asking for help to get a replacement security freeze PIN. Nothing has happened. After my letter to their CEO they reply 3/21/25 saying they can't remove the security freeze because I haven't provided the PIN number. How many times do I have tell LexisNexis; I lost the security freeze PIN number and need a replacement. What will it take to get this? I've already been denied credit and life insurance because Lexis Nexis won't provide me the needed information. Proof of identity, proof of address, and copies of prior correspondence are attached.
