      Total scam! I cant believe United is associated with this company. They told me it was free when I gave them my information. Then I got a charge of 189 today. Cancelled right away. Waiting for the refund. 0 star from me. I put one star in just to be able to issue this.

      Clear is an absolute scam. I signed up for a 2-week trial and was very disappointed with the service. My experience using this service was no different than using the general security line. It was no quicker, and no more convenient.My main complaint however, is that a month after canceling my membership, I found a charge for $189 on my credit card, for a year's membership. I canceled this account within days of signing up for the free 2-week trial, but the charge still posted to my account. ******************** is virtually impossible to contact via phone or email, and even though the website claims to offer a support chat, the link is not working as of this writing. My only recourse is to dispute the charge with my credit card company, and report it as fraud.Do yourself a favor and DO NOT sign up for this service.

      I wish I could give 0 stars. This is a SCAM. The sales rep at the airport said Clear could be used for free that day. I was told I didn't have to pay anything and any charges would be reverted by ***************** I have called **************** and Clear numerous times without any respite.

      Ripped me off too almost made me miss flight got me out of line wasted *********************************************** my full money back total scam. It my fault there system doesnt work asked me security verification and questions not one was related anything to do with my identity steers and placed if never even heard of and it was my fault I guess korjing they could do but chegw me still cant believe they are allowed to get away with that at airport that should t be ok probably kick the airport an government probably get kicked back plenty from it so guess its all cool

      Horrible, horrible service. The agent could not get my son enrolled into my family plan after 20 (precious) minutes lost. He had to go through the regular security line, and they gave me a number to call, which I patiently did. After 30 minutes waiting, an agent told me there was nothing they could do (they had a system update and apparently it's messing everything up) and that he would have to set up a trial account and then they could move him to my family plan. What a s**** up!!!

      Within a matter of seconds a CLEAR representative swept me to a different line at the airport, and took my biometric information without any explanation or consent. 3 weeks later I found a charge on my credit card! Nothing was mentioned about any costs, and again, no permission given! WHAT A ********** while you are just trying to follow the rules at the airport!

      I went through on other occasions and set up at the airport for my biometrics. Took my family through for the first time they didnt have theirs set up. The whole point of adding them on was to quickly go through. We waited in line for no reason ambassador told me that they didnt have enough staff to do that. Well I paid a lot for that and for no reason. I had to pay extra for each person 18+ in my family. Clear is unprofessional. Wasted my time.
