      They use aggressive sales tactics and don't tell you about how much you will be charged if you don't unenroll after the free trail. Terrible Service, should be shut down by the Government.

      Takes LONGER to get through security!!! I signed up because my airline was offering it as a perk. Paid for the Clear Plus, enrolled family members and paid their fees for the year. Two trips later, confusing signage, short of agents, being moved around on both trips, and watching people with regular old TSA Pre-check SAIL through security ahead of *** came home and turned off auto-renewal. They have this fake-handoff process with TSA that is laughably inefficient. I can only imagine the investors who fell for this schemethey are probably about as steamed by now as the frustrated customer base!

      Extremely scammy behavior. A rep at the airport said Clear could be used for free that day, you just had to make an account. So I did (******* did most of the filling in, swiping my card, etc.) and when I questioned them needing my credit card and whether Id have to pay he assured me I wouldnt have to pay anything. Then as the signup is finished and hes walking me over to the security line he informs me its actually a 2 week trial and Ill be charged after that. When I asked why he didnt inform me of that one of the two times I asked if I was going to be charged he said oh I thought Id explained it. Really gross experience.

      They lie to get you to sign up. They said I would skip the lines. When I asked why they needed my credit card they said it was for identification only and I will not be billed anything. When I got home I checked my cc and they accessed my card to see if it was a good card. I had a hard time to get it canceled. Waiting to see if a charge apears. The Airports should not allow this!

      I canceled my membership (waste of time and money) and I am to receive 2 refunds, not sure why they separated, but I received the smaller of the amount but no one can tell me when I'm going to get the rest. They keep blaming my bank for holding funds but my bank has no processing or pending information about it. I've called and called and it's been escalated but there's never a return call. I need that money back!! If I could give zero stars I would.

      I feel dumb for not checking BBB first. The Clear website states in no vague terms that we are paying to skip the security line and go straight to screening. In fact, thats what happened when I first signed up. But the next time they just walk you to the security line and leave you there. You get NOTHING for what they charge. Clear obviously handles that once, bets that you wont fly for another couple of weeks, then when you learn youve been scammed, theyve billed you for about $200. How the *** and TSA gives these people the ability to scam people right in the airport is insane!Im filing a complaint with the *************************

      Horrible. Just tried to use clear. I didnt work for my eyes, so had to use fingers. Then had to supply my license to go thru tsa precheck, which I could have gone thru on my own. Clear is a waste of money. Going to request a refund!

      Airports kept saying it was expired, I travel a lot and I had just paid to renew my clear in June, I travel again a few weeks later then they try to say its expired when I had Just paid it !!!! Scam to the *** and overpriced 100% on top of the fact they couldnt seem to even identify me I scanned my fingers about ******************************************************************* like I was crazy lmao

      SAME STORY! Pulled my whole family out of line and told me that my Platinum Amex made it free and that we would get through much faster. It actually took more time to do the clear process AND they charged me anyway only to find out that my ***** ******** **** was not a part of the promotion. BALONEY.
