      *************** 7/20/24 check point 5. Two agents seemed to be in some sort of fight and refusing to speak to one another which was causing confusion with my family getting through. I complained and female agent she will toss me out of line and its about to get real up in here. The male agent who was fired up (barely spoke English) asked an older woman ahead of me who is your father which was definitely intended to be rude. It was incredibly strange encounter. I am 52 and fly constantly for work and have never had this bad of an experience with anyone at an airport. On top of this, CLEAR doesnt provide much of an advantage anymore it you have TSAPRE, premium ticket, and/or spot saver. In fact it might actually be slower in many cases. They dont provide an easy way to submit complaints either. Which is not smart because it means the complaint is public. I canceled our family membership after this encounter. Been a member since they launched years ago.

      Add me to the list of people who were told this was a free trial and I would have to opt IN at the end if I wanted to continue the service. I never received a confirmation of my enrollment or any other information, but was charged $189 two weeks after signing up. Fortunately my credit card simply denied the transaction.
      Since these reps are in the airport and legitimately affiliated with the airports, it seems they should be a legit company. When are they going to be shut down just for the sheer number of the same complaint? This is outright fraud.

      Hubby and I were stressing b/c we were very late for flight and TSA line was VERY long. The CLEAR salesman at ********** targeted us and 2 young women, saying we "looked like frequent travelers" (weren't not, but we must've looked like suckers). He prromised we could bypass the line but the signup process complete with fingerprinting, eyescanning, etc. was really long and glitchy, and wasn't until the very end that we were told to input our credit card, "just to have on file." Yeah, 5x the cost of a 5-year TSA membership, and we still had to have our boarding passes and IDs validated and our luggage scanned. The people in the regular line got through faster than we did. Oh, and there was NO CLEAR service available for our return flight (not available for every airline or at every airport apparently). Deceptive sales tactics, wayyy overpriced, benefits not as promised. Don't bother!

      TERRIBLE!! Was told it was a two week free trial and had nothing to worry about with being charged. That the card just stays on file in case I wanted to activate this offer. I am now being charged with no notice! SCAMMED.

      I would like to specifically report Mr.**** at the ***********. Ive been a member for 8 years. My husband left his phone in the car this evening while he departed. As I went to meet the tsa agent, **** asked me if I was a clear member. I answered Hi, Yes I am. He then shouts You cant stand here, as the tsa agent is retreiving my husbands phone from me. Not a way to treat one of your long term members. He most certainly didnt treat me with passion this evening. Not to mention I didnt stand in the same spot for more than 10 seconds before I was greeted by the helpful and warm hearted tsa agent. My husband is deployed and heading back to station. What a way to make my evening even more saddening. **** then sarcastically said have a great evening. I never complain about companys but this guy embarrassed me and made me reconsider spending my money with a company that employees individuals like **** whom lack integrity, passion, and respect for their members. The 1 star is because I had to give a star in order to leave this review. Please give a customer service refresher to the employees at ************.

      I was charged for 2 years without my knowledge by this company. Despite canceling after the free trial, they told me I had made a duplicate account with the same email. What? I wasn't born yesterday. There is no way a system can allow two accounts with the same email and phone number to exist. This is a fraudulent company, please beware, and here is another 1-star review for you, CLEAR. Oh, and the customer service rep was disinterested and borderline rude.

      This is a Scam Buyer BEWARE. The ambassadors work on commission. They will Lie to your face to get you to sign up so they can make a sale. the tell it is a free service. Remember nothing is Free. They are the most dishonest company. I know this because I used to work there. I left because I could not take the lies and the deception any longer. The managers tell the employees they bank on the people who forget to cancel. And dont check their credit card bills. Be careful stick with TSA pre check it is quicker , cheaper and government run. CLEAR IS A PRIVATE COMPANY run by idiots . You do not want these people having your Biometrics.

      We were taken out of a line at ******************************* intl to the CLEAR kiosk. The gentleman helped ** with the registration and asked for our credit card telling us there will be NO charge. To our surprise we were charged $189 when we returned from our trip. This is CLEAR deception. Beware!!!
