    I have been a customer for ********************** for about 3-4 years now. The items I get from them are very well curated and of the highest quality. I have had a few hangups here or there, but whether they were my fault or their fault or events beyond our control, they have always handled and/or corrected the issues with speed and courtesy. I see myself being a customer of theirs for a very long time and I love the expectation of seeing what new things they have lined up.

    Easy subscription. You can change your order or skip it all together. I changed my order and they somehow forgot to ship the item. I had to contact them and they apologized and sent it to me. If I had not contacted them I guess I would have just been out of the money. Most of their items are priced high in my opinion. The item I purchased was of fair quality.

    Fantastic company, the products they create are always good quality, and help me find new brands I love that I never would have otherwise. Their customer service is amazing, they are always friendly and very quick to help. This is one of the few companies that I would give a 10/10 for customer service.

    I've been a subscriber for several years as of this review. This company supports small businesses by featuring their products in a subscription box format. The chosen products are generally of high quality. **************** is great. If you leave a suggestion or ask a question, an English-speaking human will answer within days or even hours. Returns are simple and easy. I highly recommend Bespoke Post as a company I trust.

    I personally have only ever had great experiences with Bespoke Post! Their customer service is prompt and respectful which I super appreciate. I also really like getting introduced to new brands through Bespoke Post, and some of my favorite things I own are from here. Not to mention its one of my go to places for gifts for anybody.

    They are a great company that allows you need to change your package and have great customer services when something comes up. Such as a damaged item inside package they're fast to respond and correct
