    My husband and I both have a subscription to bespoke. The products offered are unique enough we've been using it for years to gather presents for our ever growing family birthdays and Christmas. When I forget to look at my box they have always been quick to change it out to whatever I want. When there isn't something we need for someone else we tend to go for the food related items. The oils, coffee, meats, etc are all fantastic. The boxes have quite literally helped us see the quality of products that exists in categories we would have otherwise been oblivious to. Overall - **************** is quick, kind and helpful. Packaging is cool. Tons of variety. Never received a bad item in the 8+ years we've been subscribed.

    I had to have an item replaced that was broken in shipping. The process was smooth and with no hassle. I received the new item in less than a week. I could not be more pleased with experience and the results.

    Bespoke carries a great collection of unique, high quality products and gifts. Their user interfaces are well-designed and easy to use. Shipping options are clearly defined and reliable. Their customer service is excellent, some of the best Ive experienced in retaileasy and fast to get a hold of, knowledgeable, polite, and personable to interact with, and extremely efficient and complete in their handling/resolution of the question or issue. As a former high-end customer service professional myself, I highly recommend Bespoke!

    My interaction with customer support was exceptional. Kindness and understanding was first and foremost in our conversation. The issue was handled both professionally and quickly.     I got a shipment with 2 separate boxes and got a notification that the delivery was complete which confused me because only 1/2 of my order arrived. **************** was very responsive, convenient, and helpful and assured me that the remaining items would be on the way.

    Had a package mailed to the wrong address and after texting customer support for less than 5 minutes I had a replacement box on the way with the correct address. **************** did a great job of turning what could have been a frustrating situation into a very easy solution.     This is a very unique endeavor. Monthly you get to see some very interesting and novel products. I don't know where else you find items like these. My taste (old fashion) runs contrary to most of these but it is extremely interesting to see new things. I did find a Truckers jacket I purchased instead of one of their monthly offerings. It is very nice, made of canvass and extremely comfortable to drive around in. Thank you truckers and thank you Bespoke for finding/offering it.
