      Cancelled our business account in July 2022, verified that it was cancelled October 10 & 17, 2022. Said they owe us money. They are still sending emails saying we owe them when we do not and they owe us. Transferred over and over and over again to a very "talented" customer service team that has absolutely no clue as to what is going on. Seven different people, one a manager, and still the incompetence continues!! Terrible company! Terrible customer service!! and they just say how sorry they are that you are so frustrated!! Switch companies as fast as you can, if you can.

      I purchased a total by Verizon plan card that scanned out of the store successfully but once I scratched silver strip entered the pen it registered invalid. I went back to the store where they showed me on my receipt it was activated successfully so the problem wasn't on there side. I called the company they kept saying go back to the store. Long story short I loss my money because they didn't honor a card their Co., sent to be sold to customers who have no way of knowing if the cards sent by Verizon are valid. Once you buy them you are ******* it doesn't work.

      ****; Couldn't change home/fios plan for over 1 year. No cust. support, site doesn't work, No local store. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If I could give it a zero I would.
      I have been trying to change my plan with fios for the last 18 months! They also say I need to go to a physical store and make an appointment if I want to turn in any equipment or upgrade the router. The ONE store, in my ENTIRE STATE apparently, closed years ago. Every store I have tried now is phone service only. They can't help me find a store because they aren't actually part of the overall company. They are just an independent store.
      I have called multiple times to dead ends and machines, I try signing onto their website but their "Authentication Question" doesn't register. I have reset the thing multiple times and it doesn't work. I HAVE COPIED AND PASTED RIGHT AFTER I CHANGED THE ANSWER TO THE QUESTION AND IT WOULD STILL SAY IT'S WRONG! This is beyond negligence, this is malice.
      I cant even access the account because it's locked an the link that I would need to go to in order to unlock the account is a dead link. "I know your accounts locked and we can't reset it because of this dead link but please feel free to browse our shop and buy more **** that doesn't work and we will NEVER help you with." The page is a troll to tell customers. "Your stupid, we have your money, and you deserve this for even being stupid enough to sign up, BTW are you stupid enough to by more?! (click here for our store).
      One way or another I'm going to cancel this service and change to ANYTHING ELSE. Nothing could be worse than being dodged for over a year and having no store to physically go to and have someone help you. Which you need to have to turn things in!
      Like I said, this is malice at this point. They are trying to see how many people they can get on the hook and then keep them there for as long as possible.

      My husband order fios it came but was not able to hook it up. I thought it was his memory issues that caused him to be unable. We received our cel phone bill 550. Normally is *****. He called the company stated he did not understand the bill. But was going to pay bill on Saturday for cell phones. The lady said no problem has nothing to do with your cell phones. Next morning we had no service. We tried to return the boxes for fios as they told **. It was wrong we had to go three times to different places. Finally did return them. We still have no service on our phones now our bill is ******* After this I ordered fios in my name still unable to hook up had someone come out who explained there was no way to install fios as the needed wiring was not there. So he set it up had to put new stuff in basement so it would work . So why are we being charged now over ****. ? Its ridiculous

      After experiencing frequent internet interruptions, I contacted Verizon customer service regarding this issue. Using the My Fios app, I was connected to customer service reps that were off shore. On multiple calls and texts on different days and times, my calls were:1. Dropped with no call backs.2. Given wrong information regarding account information.3. Given a confirmation order number that apparently didnt exist when contacting Verizon AGAIN when promised equipment was never delivered.Verizon says they value their customers, but in reality there is a major disconnect with management overseeing customer service. Very disappointing as a consumer.

      Verizon FiOS has remove major broadcast stations in the past for a day or two while negotiating prices with ****** never have they taken to major channels off and this is going on week three for the loss of NBC and FOX affiliate. trying to reach customer service is a nightmare. I was on hold the first time for one hour and 57 minutes only for the representative to apologize for the loss of the channels. No credit was mentioned for our bill of not receiving these channels, even though I asked about it.

      Charged my a 1000$ fee for a non-return of a device which I never got from them, *** lost it and I have to pay for it? Their customer service is a joke, spinning in circles- if I try to to call they send me a link for their automated assistant, their automated assistant says that it's not working and I should call customer service. I would like to put 0 stars if I could, will be switching for sure.

      I called to add a static IP to my account. While I had the rep on the line I asked if I was still in contract with phones and also that the change we made would not be part of any auto-renew. The rep assured me that we were out of contract and that nothing would auto-renew.I called since there was no indication of contract dates on my online account or bill. Again I was assured that we were not in the contract and that nothing would auto-renew. So I acted on that information. Now a couple of months later I go to port over the lines and see that I am in the middle of a 2-year contract that auto-renews and that the internet will also auto-renew. I was told it was a 1-year price guarantee, not a contract.The online chat could only give me what the ETFs would be and suggested I call. The person at the call center could not transfer me to a supervisor. I was also promised a call back within 24 to 48 hours but that has not happened. She also scolded me that the 2-year deal was on the monthly bills and the email. I look at the bill and email and do see a 1-year price guarantee but nowhere does it have 2 years with contract dates. On closer inspection, I did see 2 yr hidden in the line item but no dates, which seems like they did not purposefully spell out the word year, yet, in the price guarantee they were able to spell out the entire word year. The phone representative seemed to intentionally mislead me. This information is hidden from the customer in writing. They will only discuss on the phone and not online chat where there is a trial. There seems to be a pattern of intentionally misleading and hiding pertinent information. Do not trust what they say.

      Verizon corporate sales people offer you the world and never keeps up the promise.
      Thé sale spy ***** from Verizon promised me there are no contracts. Its a month to month. Once I signed the c agreement I got an email if I void the contract there will be
      $ 650 charge for the equipment and the contract has no expiration date.
      If any supervisor available At Verizon can help. Me. I am putty in a bad review and a one star. If there would be zero I would do that. Too.
