      Service is ok! But their insurance policy with ******* is suck, Such a rip off. Not worth it for $8.99 a month, want me to leave Verizon.

      My father passed away in March and my mother wanted to hold onto his phone for a few months. She called Verizon in June to have them cut the phone off. Well, she received a bill for July so she called again. That did no good. Then she received another bill in August and she called again. She paid both months because she just did. She continued to call during these months but never got a straight answer about his account. She has been told different things by different people on the phone with customer service and in person at a local store. Fast forward to today. She calls customer service who tells her to go to the store and have them call customer service. So she does and they tell her that she will not receive a refund (over $200) for what she paid on what was suppose to be a closed account. That they do not cut checks and that the account is closed, so there isn't an account to transfer that money to. So she is not out over $200 and she's on a fixed income. This really hurts her. I'm sure this review will do no good but the venting helped.

      Verizon states that a $50 discount is offered with 5G Home Internet auto pay however after I signed up for auto pay the discount was not applied. After contacting customer service I was told it only applies if you pay with a Verizon credit card. This information should be displayed clearly on their website.

      After my agreement expired, by monthly bill increased *****. I was not notified ahead of time. When I contacted Verizon for a new agreement, they gave me a new plan with discounts that I agreed to and signed the order. A month later they would not honor the new agreement rate, saying it was not "properly processed" by their representative. They offered a new agreement that was more than the order I agreed upon and signed. This was a mistake by their representative and I feel they should honor the signed agreement. I know the order was processed because we asked for ******** to be removed and it was gone the next day.

      I cancelled my service tipple play with Verizon/Fios on August 5th for poor customer service and wrong billing, I returned all equipment and got a return document. As of today 10/13/2022 I have not received refund of $ ******. I called a few times and the previous agent asked multiple questions including my SSN. When I asked for the supervisor she disconnect. Today I spoke to ********* another agent and he promised to file for refund by saying I will get the check in the mail in two weeks. This is a public company with terrible service.

      Trying for months to resolve a billing problem. Repeated chat and telephone contact has failed to resolve the issues. In fact every time contact has been made the issues got worse! And new ones popped up.My retired military discount was removed. When contacted by Verizon to revalidate it I did so at the link provided. Verizon failed to update my records. So my discounts were removed. At last notice this is resulted in an additional $88 per month in my bill, which I have absolutely no intention of paying. I further like to point out that Verizon listed my service address as *************** and ******* ********. I'm sure it's a very nice place but I've never lived in ****************. In addition to that they listed my billing address as ******* ********. My billing address now is as it always has been since starting this phone number at ***************************************** in ********* *******. At every juncture Verizon tells me they're going to up channel this and it will be corrected on the next bill. Well I waited for the next bill. And it came through $88 higher than the last bill! That's not exactly what I would call addressing the problem to customer satisfaction. I went to the ********************** website and changed the service address and the billing address back to what they're supposed to be. It is my sincerest hope that Verizon leaves them alone. I would also like the taxes and surcharges that were charged to my account for Erie county ******** to be removed from my bill and any charges that were already put against my credit card restored. I would like my military discount reinstituted. I am now and have been since December of **** a retired Air Force Master Sergeant. That's never going to change. I want a phone call followed by written verification that these items have been corrected and that any overcharges that have already been billed to my credit card be returned immediately.

      I received my new bill. They discontinued an $8.00 per month discount. I called to have it reinstated. The first representative, ******, said I can offer you better deals for more money. HIs explanation was confusing and he disconnected the call.I then spoke with *****. She said if I let them deduct from my bank account, I can save $10.00. I said that sounds good. She failed to state that by doing that Verizon was permitted to increase my pricing and now I was paying more for my services thus NO DISCOUNT. I am paying virtually the same price as before and now rather than using my credit card, they get paid from my checking account, BENEFIT TO THE BIG CORP not to me!!!Run from Verizon services. THEY DO NOT THINK TWICE ABOUT MISLEADING A CUSTOMER.

      I had cancelled my services with Verizon Fios on 23Aug2022. It is 03Oct22 and they just sent an email saying the account is overdue to pay. I have been calling since the first week of September to get them to tell me what is overdue, yet they said they could not give me an answer of how much the last bill was. They said they would call me on 16Sept2022. They never called, and I never received an email/mail with last bill amount due. I finally received an email today, 03Oct2022 for a 09Sep2022 bill. Then I call, and they transfer me from ******************* to customer service, back to finance, and back to customer service. They don't give a clear number to contact, and you get pushed around through multiple people having to explain your issue over and over. They provide false advertisement as to ways you pay your bill. They send you a link for you to pay online, because if you pay through the phone or in person you get charged a convenience fee, but the link does not allow for you to pay because the account no longer shows up as it has been canceled. They are also unable to waive the fee as they don't have access. If an online option is provided, customers should be allowed to pay online not forced to pay through a call or in-person. Businesses need to be clear and truthful about their services. I feel as though personnel are not properly trained as they push customers around to different departments, they are unable to give solution to your issue, unable to follow through when they say they will call you back, and unable to properly document the occurrences during the call, but say they are documenting. Now I may get charged a late fee due to paying after the bill was sent, even though we have been calling since early September, and no where was that documented. Horrible business management, customer handling, and poor personnel training.

      Been a customer for a small ********************** many years. Internet stopped working. Called technical service almost daily. The answer would be the same it will be up by 5:30pm. I called at least 6 to 7 times on successive days. They gave me the same answer. Mine is a medical office. I couldnt send prescriptions through the internet a big inconvenience for both the patient and my business. I switched internet service after 3 weeks of lapsed service. They dont have a record of any of the calls I made regarding the lack of service. Now they cant adjust their charges for the days they did not provide the service as now they dont have a record of my complaints. I think they should pay me for loss/inconvenience to the business. There is something very wrong. I give them 0 stars.
