      I was charged for equipment that I returned. They took money from my banks, weeks after I returned the equipment, and still have not returned the money two months after. I was a customer for over 25 years, but at this point, I will never return.

      Since storm in ******* ** on ************ in ******** County internet hasn't worked properly goes out every ***** minutes won't come back on for hours. Then we was without a phone and internet close to a month due to storm and train taking lines out. But our bill has remained the same. In going to file a BBB complaint and speak to a lawyer. Been a customer for 10 years.

      It I have truly never had customer service as bad as **********************. I have used **** for years for my cell phone and home internet, and I have never had a problem. I started a Verizon account for my daughter's Gizmo watch (you have to use Verizon for it). She used the watch and then outgrew it so I called to cancel the service and of course could only talk to a ROBOT, but it was cancelled. Months later, I received a bill for $169 and it had been turned over to a collections agency. I called numerous times and wasted HOURS of my time trying to get it sorted out. To even talk to an ACTUAL PERSON, you have to act like you are buying something. It is only a robot if you have an issue. I am currently waiting on the phone YET AGAIN repeating the same information OVER and OVER to ROBOTS. They want you to become frustrated and just give up. *I have noticed everyone leaving reviews below is leaving one star when they probably want to leave ZERO. BBB keeps making it have one star to leave a review. Why is this? It is showing that Verizon's average is **** but if BBB let you leave a zero, I bet you the average would be way less than ****.

      If I could I would leave less Stars. They told us they would pay off my old bill when I moved over and they left and gigantic bill with my last company that is now tearing up my credit. They put the insurance on the wrong devices after a specifically clarifying which devices needed insurance and which didn't. When I needed to claim a manufacturer warranty they lied and said they could do it and just use my insurance without permission. When another device needed the same manufacturer warranty they said they couldn't fulfill it and when I complained and asked for manager on three different occasions they said they would send out a new device under the manufacturer warranty and never sent anything. I went without my work phone for over 2 weeks thinking and new device was on the way. It's a month later and I still don't have the device they promised. I have like six or seven lines that I brought over thinking this was a better company so I was willing to pay more. Now I'm shopping for a new company who won't lie all the time and provide the service they promised

      A salesman came in 2 months ago and sold me phone and wifi and said I would be locked in for 10 years at 108$. Then even a month later wouldn't return my calls. And they never ported the number over which was a landline with a deli that has had same number for over 40 years. Then we lost our phone. Every time we left calling they would transfer us like 10 times till.we were screaming. So then they did port number over but seen it as a mobile and my phone was down *********************************************** orders. Then I canceled but then re activated. So frontier could get my phone number up and running. 2 months later I get a bill.for 447 dollars charging me for equipment for wifi and that month. Even tho I lost phone for 10 days I was on phone yesterday with them for an hour and 40 minutes and even a so called supervisor hung up on me. And I dint even cuss at this point. Everything we would be disconnected and can't understand the foreigners no offense. I threatened to leave my wireless customer as well and they don't care. Terrible worst company ever

      DO NOT GIVE VERIZON YOUR MONEY. I had to cancel my service because I was moving. You cannot cancel without speaking to a service rep and their hours of operation are conveniently almost exactly when I and the rest of the world are working. I tried to call and cancel but was on hold too long and had to go back to work, I tried this multiple times. I also tried there call back system online but every time I tried to confirm the time I got an error message. I tried to set up a call back through there automated phone system and all the times I chose were unavailable. By the time I got through to someone it was one day past the new pay period. Now I owe them for one month, even though zero data was used at the old house during that month and I tried to cancel multiple times. They will not waive the fee. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SCAMMY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, YOU ARE JUST A DOLLAR AMOUNT ON A COMPUTER SCREEN TO THEM.

      Verizon was mostly fine while I was a customer, but when I moved and closed my account (because they didn't serve my new address), it was a long and painful process to close the account and stop payments. Having overpaid by some amount greater than $5 and lesser than $500, they said they'd have to send me a giftcard. So I sent them a check to ensure the balance owed was greater than $501, on the promise that they'd then send me a check instead. I still did not receive a check, and now I cannot even activate the giftcard.

      Verizon solicited our house after they dug up lawn to put food in. They pressed many times and we excepted an install. We were offered a couple of bonus items at the time of hookup. Hookup happened and tech did not have extender unit and laid cable and left. Never talked about cane at all. I have called multiple times as well as texted my rep. I had Verizon hookup first of July and still waiting for cable to be buried. Meter persons have tripped aver it as well as my neighbor and now cable is having issues. My rep that sold it to me has said he doesnt know what to do and feels I should cancel service. Which would cost more money. Telling all my neighbors to beware and found out same troubles are happening. Very disappointed since these are suppose to be professionals working in a union shop

      I wish I could give them 0 stars. I have been a customer with them for about a decade. When I consolidated households with a friend we used their Verizon account and closed my account. I didn't get a **** for approximately two months and when it was paid the placed that account on my credit as a paid collection. Zero notice that this was going on my credit. When I called them to have them remove it. They told me that they sent an email and a letter about it. They never reported anything to my credit, not even the monthly bills. So why report this. Then have the audacity to tell me that they want to keep my business after you tanked my credit.

      The way I was treated by the Financial Services Department was absurd, disgusting and something a human being should never encounter. I was on the call for a total of 3 hours and they continued to pretend that they were "dropping" the cal when I was clear to what the situation was. I was screamed at and they then suspended my services even though it was a COVID related situation where payment could not be conducted in store. I am bringing this to a very high level because I also had a customer care representative by the name of ****** with me and he was in complete shock and horror that I was treated the way I was treated. Once my services are restored, I am touching base with ******** care to inform them of what happened to me and how much of a monster the Financial Services Department can be. I have documentation since the calls were recorded and I requested ****** to please escalate this to the top of the food chain
