    I would give negative stars if I could! Purchased an at home test kit took two no results twice this company is a joke! I suggest going elsewhere if your in the market they do not deliver!

    The third party company they use to verify ID gives no choice for you to opt out of using your data including biometric data. It was a bit to invasive to me. I dont want my medical data, or biometric markers sold to the highest bidder for the sake of convenience. In todays world, privacy is not guaranteed. In over 50 years Ive never had to worry about my privacy being sold from a medical standpoint.

    We don't sell data and/or any personal patient info as Hone Health is a HIPPA compliant company. None of your individual data or info is sold to anyone at any point in your Hone journey.  We do however have to verify who patients are since Hone is a tele-health company, and we take security very seriously.     Joke of a company. Waited 50 minutes and no one showed. Reached out to the company and one of the representatives blamed it on me even though I checked to make sure everything was completed correctly. Refund my labs or Ill contact my credit card company. Absolute waste of time and money.

Definitely not your fault, and the process could be much more clear, so your frustration here is 100% warranted.     Everything was going well and then after my second lab work I haven't heard back for a follow up consultation. I got an email asking how my follow up consultation went and I haven't even had it. If I don't hear back from them by the first of January I'm going to a local clinic.

    Been using Hone for 2 years. My experience has been positive with a lot of attention and care provided to me by the physicians. I like the process of not having to go to a doctor's ****** and everything is online. Physically, it's been the best two years in quite a while.

    Scam!!! Dont use Ive been waiting almost 3 weeks for results and it takes them forever to get back to you with any response and its very confusing! Their website is either never updated or they just dont update their info themselves. Waste of money

    Total scam. Been trying to get the *** since September. This company is only about a money grab for the monthly fee, with the hope customers will buy vitamins that they send from.a third party. Good luck getting any real treatment. Even had a 30 minute call, promises, promises, no result.

    Hey *******, sorry about any trouble you're having here. We're definitely not a scam, and we don't push supplements or vitamins on any one. Only patients who are good candidates for TRT are prescribed TRT. That is up to the doctor and not Hone, as the providers are not salesmen, but actual doctors that try to do what is in the best interest of the individual based on their labs and other factors.

    Absolute scam! I switched from an expensive provider due to the costs. I was prescribed 160mg per week of Testosterone Cypionate with Anastrozole 2x per week by a licensed MD at the previous service.I did my labs for Hone and explained my status as a current TRT patient. My consultation at Hone was with a female Naturopath (not a licensed Medical Doctor) with a hyphenated last name, and she completely dismissed my previous MD's recommendation. She cut my weekly testosterone dosage to 50mg (thats over 3x less!) and gave me three 28mg clomiphene tabs for the week! That is 1ml of testosterone and 12 tablets for the entire month! I am now having symptoms related to testosterone deficiency while I wait for a new provider consultation.RIP OFF AND- I have no idea why they would have a Naturopath prescribing medications. Aside from all gender debates in modern society, it is very valid to not want a FEMALE provider at a TESTOSTERONE clinic, let alone a freaking NATUROPATH. Please put them out of business.
