      Life MD uses misleading predatory pricing to sell their weight loss medication. They advertise it at a flat rate, but you actually have to subscribe for a membership in addition to paying for the prescription. Currently their website shows $149 per month, gives you access to GLP-1 Medications. The key word there is access youre going to have to pay an additional $170+ per month for the actual medication. No where on there website does it actually show you the total cost of the membership and medication. It does not even say Your cost will be $149 per month plus the cost of your prescription my advice to anyone thinking about trying the GLP-1 weight loss drugs is go to a local doctor! You will only have to pay for an office visit and the medication. It will be much less that the $300+ per month Life MD charges.

      I signed up for the monthly program and tried it for 2 months the product made me very sick and I emailed them to cancel however they didn't cancel it and kept billing me. They now say I was to call to cancel it. WHAT? Where does it state that. they sent me a message asking me if I wanted to renew my prescription and continue and I said NO but again they kept billing me now I owe them $774 for NOTHING. I am sick about this. I am a single mom and cant afford to be scammed like this. They have nothing signed by me in writing that I signed up for this. I think they change your program and that's how they lock you in and get you. Bad practices and shameful company. I am done with online programs as this same thing happened with my daughters online counselor that was out of town for her dying mother and we could not get appts with her but yet they kept billing me. I am only going to local people anymore. Your community wont scam you and wont make it hard to cancel or end a program. I had to have a *** walk me thru how to cancel and find the terms and conditions which were never provided to me nor emailed to me. I think this business practice should be illegal. It should be more apparent what you are signing up for and where to cancel etc.

      Horribel tatics! They get you to sign up for "telehealth" before telling you what they can do for you! Don't even think about signing up! They keep charging your credit card.

      So far so good, I have been on the program for about 2 months now and have already lost 10 lbs with very little effort. Only negative is they raised the price for the 2nd dose. I wasn't expecting that. Other than that, I have been extremely happy with their staff and responsiveness to my inquiries. I highly recommend.

      ***** my provider was outstanding. I had a couple very important questions about my prescription and she was able to assist me with great answers. I had a small concern/complaint and she addressed all my issues. Im really happy with Life MD. Your loyalty department followed up with me as well and ****** took care of my concerns.
