      A complete Rip Off, I was talked into purchasing a six month plan that included the product. I only received my first dose. When inquiring about my second dose, I was told to check my patient portal which I did and it kept saying in process not yet shipped. After many messages to LifeMD, they finally provided me with a tracking number that said it was delivered. I immediately contacted LifeMD and said I did not receive this medication. She told me that they would promptly send out another dose free of charge. This was not true. I was charged both times $170 each time and still have not received my medication finally after many messages, I got a hold of a supervisor, which told me that the replacement Order was shipped and reported as delivered on my patient portal. This is not the case it still said in process and not delivered she told me to contact ***** and when I did, they had on file that it was delivered to a residents. The address I provided is a business address and requires to be delivered in person with a signature. This did not happen and LifeMD refuses to refund me the money they charged and they canceled the plan that I prepaid refusing to give me back any of my money they wanted to sell me another plan of $249 per month. I have already paid out over $700 and only received my first dose. This company is clearly out to get rich off of the backs of people that are struggling with weight loss the supervisor actually had the nerve to ask me how my plan has been going and I laughed when she bragged that she lost 40 pounds and I paid over $700 and am not able to get The medication that they offered. Now I need to be a claim with my bank for fraud. Charging me without providing the product. Also, they claimed they shipped out twice, but only provided me with one tracking number clearly they are lying.

      This is a legitimate service! Very happy with service, the care, and communication. I have lost 60lbs so far. Medication shipping has been great too. Started with them in April 2024, today jan 2025

      Absolute scam company. They will auto renew charge you for 300$+ even when you cancel auto renewal. Beware, this recurring charge doesn't even include the medication its just a flat charge. Absolutely deplorable business practice, customer service was great though when fixing dispute.

      Its life changing, I was depressed and ashamed to look at my body, considering all my adult life I was between 18lb and 120lb .I gained 40 lb after my accident because I couldnt workout anymore. Life MD changed my life. Am down to 138lb and can now fit in most of my clothes. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

      I ordered a medicine and they charged me right away. There was a tech issue that caused a large delay. Due to the delay I asked to just cancel the order since nothing had been shipped or even fully accepted. They said there are no refunds... and yet I don't have the medicine. They basically would have charged me for the medicine and never receive it. I talked to the supervisor and she did not want to help. Very shady... and won't ever use them again.

      ********* was amazing. She immediately understood my issue and made clear how she could help me. I explained my issues, she made me felt heard and told me what we were going to do in terms that were even better than what I had hoped. I would consider her a STAR in customs support!
