Hi All I bought sleeping pills 4 months ago it was supposed to be one time only All of the sudden after 4 months I received Email That package has been sent with the same pills and my credit card is changed and I should receive it in couple days I Have Not Agreed on monthly subscription I Only bought it One time Only! When I Emailed them to Cancel before even Shipping I haven't received any response Then I called they told me that they don't respond to any Email That they need to talk to a person This is very funny because 4 months ago I did everything Online and never talked to them I've been told that it can't be cancel at this time but they can cancel the Future subscription just not this one very funny So People Be Very Careful when you're buying Anything from this ******* so things like that won't happen to you like I say, I only order one time. ******LifeMD, Inc.

Reviewing your account, we do see that the initial purchase was made online which enrolls the member into a recurring subscription, members must check off a box before the transaction is completed that states they understand their order will rebill. From my initial consultation and further engagement with my practitioner, my experience has been stellar. I am currently down 20 pounds and I have less than 20 pounds to go. Anytime I reached out to my practitioner, it's within 24 hours that I receive a response. She has been resourceful and knowledgeable. I'm lucky that my insurance covered my prescription since it's been a hassle with my PCP. LifeMD has been a great asset to my life and I'm thankful for their services.LifeMD, Inc.

Ive just started and am disappointed. My medication should have been delivered by now. My interaction with my physician was less than 3 MINUTES! My first appointment was initially cancelled, after I stayed up an additional 2 hours as I work overnights. Some of it I will take on, I didnt ask as many questions, but I was so intimidated and my confidence, as I imagine many clients are, is very low. I paid almost $400 between medication and the doctor visit. I hope it gets better. Im only paying monthly and I think thats why Im being treated this way.LifeMD, Inc.

Im thinking that this survey is a waste of time. This is my second survey, but here I am asked again. I have not enjoyed my experience since I started in August. I would like to be refunded for the remaining months that I signed up for the doctors care. I would not recommend this program to anyone who has already participated in a program of this nature; as I did. I took the mounjaro and the seglumetide (spelling is off) but I am sure you get the message. I left off taking the 2.5 mg and I told this to the physician. Still, he started me with the lowest dose. I have not been successful after two purchases. I am very disappointed and over this program.LifeMD, Inc.

This *** Is the worst experience I ever endured they are a rip off would not refund my money for a human error that I had made when I placed an order for a sleep medication. They refused to cancel my order and still sent the order in the mail. Even though I used ****** for this transaction I couldn't cancel it and my bank couldn't either. I am planning on considering to contact a lawyer about this situation! Buyer Beware!! They should be put out of business for stealing customers money and they have the nerve to be on TV and scam people?? ****** *.LifeMD, Inc.
