      This company is deceptive. They advertise that theyll prescribe *******, but instead, they try to sell you a compound from a company in *******, which has been sued multiple times for selling impure *********** products. Initially, the doctor told me she could send the prescription to a pharmacy, but no insurance would cover it, meaning Id have to pay out of pocket. However, when I informed her that I found an insurance plan that would cover it, she changed her story, saying she couldnt prescribe it because I wasnt diabetic. She then tried to push their compound again.

Our program does include access to both branded medications (like *******) and compounded medications, depending on what's most appropriate and accessible for each patient. Regarding insurance coverage, we do actively work with patients' insurance plans to secure coverage for branded medications when possible. The prescription requirements for medications like ******* can vary - while it's ***-approved for diabetes, its use for weight management typically requires specific medical criteria to be met. We understand your frustration with the communication regarding prescription options. Our goal is to provide comprehensive weight management solutions while following all medical and regulatory guidelines. We would welcome the opportunity to review your specific case and address any remaining concerns. Please reach out to our care team directly, and we'll ensure you receive detailed information about all available treatment options that align with your medical history and insurance coverage. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention as it helps us improve our communication and service to all patients. Additionally, *************************** ("*****") is a PCAB accredited compounding pharmacy and they have recently confirmed to LifeMD that they are in good standing and current with all accreditation requirements. ***** previously sold a compounded *********** formulation which included another peptide, BPC-157, that has been widely used in the nutraceutical industry for decades as an anti-inflammatory agent. Due to a recent shift in the ***'s categorization of BPC-157, ******************* has since changed their formula, such that BPC-157 is no longer included in *****' compounded ***********. LifeMD takes no position on any lawsuit, to which we are not a party, that may contain allegations against *******************. Such disputes are for them to resolve. We can say, however, that ***** has represented that all ingredients in their compounded medications are sourced from *** registered manufacturers and are tested for impurities prior to being accepted into *****' facility. ***** has also indicated that, to date, no third-party testing failures have been noted. LifeMD continues to have a positive working relationship with *****.

      I signed up with LifeMD with the understanding that the medication would be cover by my insurance. My insurance did not cover it and was given the option of a compound medication instead. I did not know the price of that compound would be $180 to $400 per month. If I knew that I wouldnt have sent my enrolling amount of $300.00. I requested a refund and I havent heard anything from them

      Do NOT use LifeMD. First, they don't tell you about increased prices as you progress in the program. Secondly, My medication went bad from sitting out of the refrigerator due to no power from Hurricane ****** for over 4 days in above 85 degrees. They refuse to replace the medication.

      Contacted customer support 2x to cancel medication 10 min after order, never responded. Called 24 hrs later told they *** cancel orders, even if canceled immediately and not shipped. BAD Company, i'm concerned they have my credit card information. Think they will make charges on my account

      My customer service representative ******** was very kind and provided me with different options to my satisfaction. I initially called to get a refund for the service because I thought it did not include medication, but she kindly informed me of all the options provided that did include medication.
