      I contacted Life MD on 3/3/2025 to cancel any and all subscriptions and I was told this had been done. Then on 5/11/2025 I had a pending charge of $204.00 from Life MD on my bank account. I immediately messaged Life MD and was told the amount would be credited. As of today 5/15/2025 the charge still remains on by account an no credit was ever issued.

      Joined lifemd April 2025 for weightless, i received my medication on April 9, joined the 3 month plan. April 25 did their questionnaire and never got any refills, called many times, messaged in their app, all responses were "we are working on it". Then I got a message they can't get medication due to restructuring their practice, still no medication. I canceled service so I won't get billed and asked for refund on 2 months they did not hold up their end of contract. Deceiving practice, I prepaid for service and they sold it to me knowing there was no supply. It's like preparing for gas and there is no gas at pump but they say it may be there someday. I waited 20 DAYS. Will edit if I get refund but I'm sure I'll be out couple hundred.

      **** ****** was amazing and quite outgoing. I asked a few personal questions and she was absolutely willing to give the perspectives I was missing. Fantastic session. Yes, a lot of this is scripted for liability purposes, but when you asked for that personal interaction for affirmation that we made the right choices, she was right there next to me! Excited to start the journey!!! Thank you ****!!

      Im very dissatisfied with this company. I felt like this was a scam so I googled it and came across this site. I can relate to every bad review from the lack of communication, not receiving medication, not being able to contact anyone, and misleading information. At this point, I just want a refund. I hope other companies are not like this. They should be shut down.

      They never did work with my insurance as they had stated they would. Attempting to charge me additional fees of $774. After numerous conversations still charged me and now will not respond at all. Seek care elsewhere and save yourself the time and drama.

      Do NOT use this company. I used them for weight loss and it was great for a couple of months but then they were charging me for their service but failed to continue providing the medication prescription. All of the progress I made is now going backwards. I demanded a refund. If weight loss is your goal go to a more reputable company.For weeks they kept telling me my case was being treated as Urgent but failed to provide me with the weight lost drugs they recommended. Then they used the excuse that the company who provided it were having supply issues (Illy *****)

      Life MD promotes constant attention from their staff and doctors but thats not what I received. I had one consultation and the ** had his screen off so I couldnt even see him. There website is not clear on the cost and that the $149 up front is to just be a part of it. You still need to purchase the injections. I do not recommend at all.

      Leaving names out bit the doctor I was giving was INCREDIBLY helpful, very personal and it didn't feel like a transaction like alot of doctor's offices make you feel nowadays. I work shift work and he did the video chat at 10:40 pm and the chat video kept freezing up so he called me 4 times on my cellphone trying to get through and finally did. Great customer service. He had my prescription turned in, my paperwork to the insurance and approved by the next morning and I went from paying $600+ a month for my Zepbound to $24. Highly highly recommend.
