      It was a first meeting. As expected she was informative and polite. The technical aspect of being online was sometimes a bit glitchy. I'd really much rather rate the Rx after I've been on it for a couple months.

      If I could give this company no stars I would. Website does not indicate other than controlled substances what they cannot treat. Something as simple as hemorrhoids they could not prescribe a cream. I was on the phone and information that was given to me I already knew from ******. Before you waste your money call customer service and see what restrictions they have. It would be better and cheaper to go to a primary doctor. I do not mind paying for service but there was no service and the website is misleading.

      The care team at ******* is great. ******* answered all my questions via telemedicine and has been exceptionally responsive in the patient portal. The customer service folks were also outstanding. Very friendly and knowledgeable and I wasnt placed on hold! Overall, extremely satisfied with Life MD.

      False advertising, advertisement said prescription included, it wasnt It said overnight shipping once approved with medical professional, it wasnt. poor customer service. NEVER received my Prescription that I paid for. Had to call on two separate occasions to request a refund
