      ***** ******** has been an amazing partnering helping through my weight loss journey. Shes professional, insightful, authentic, and very kind and supportive. Im down 28 lbs in 7 months and it was so easy. That said, I likely lost 37lbs of fat in 7 months because I went from working out 1-2 days/week to 4 or 5 days/week which included weight lifting and in 7 months Ive added nearly 9lbs of muscle.
