      Set up a one time subscription for some pills. they didn't work for me. They charged me and sent more pills. This web site is a scam. DO NOT USE!.

      We are sorry to hear that your prescription did not work well for you. Many people have different experiences with the medication because everyone's bodies are different. When you made your initial purchase online, it appears that you enrolled in a recurring subscription. Your subscription has now been canceled, so you will no longer be billed for refills of your prescription unless you request a new order.       Terrible company took $387 from my account scheduled my first appointment and then I got an email saying my account was deactivated. Had to threaten legal action to get my money back. Do not use this company they are scammers.

      My experience has been nothing short of amazing. The provider was very professional, attentive and caring. They listened to my concerns and developed a comprehensive treatment plan that has been very effective. I also appreciate the convenience of virtual appointments, which saves me a lot of time. I am very grateful for the excellent care I have received.

      Would give less if possible. Completely fraudulent. And zero customer service when called out. Never finished filling out a form yet somehow without authority they put me in a monthly subscription I did not approve and continued to charge me even after canceling. Report has also been made to the cc that it was fraud. They have yet to do anything to fix this. Scammed in what was advertised as to what was happened and how they charged.

      My order was on June 9th and now its almost 3 weeks since my last order. Ive never been to a doctor to be prescribed something and have to wait to this amount of time to get it. Im starting to think this company is fraudulent. I would like my money back. You cant get a hold of anyone also.

      This lifeMD is a total scam. I tried their product and they signed me up for two month supply. I did not know this. I only wanted to try their product Ramelteon. It was not good for me. I still have the full bottle. They charged my account $204.00 for 60 pills. When I called to inquire they were quite rude and would not refund my account. Don't fall they are scammers.

      After paying in advance for 6 months of care, I received a prescription and was told it might take ***** days to have it filled due to demand. Its been 34 days and the only communication I have had from the company is in response to my concerns about the amount of time. Each response impersonal and saying it has been elevated and they understand my concern. No proactive communication, no follow up. No action. No prescription. Despite my in advance payment for care.
