      LifeMD is a rip off. They charge you subscription fees on top of high monthly medication fees. They provide misleading and absolutely false shipping information. I would definitely recommend finding a local provider.

      Straight up fraud.They said that my insurance company denied the prior authorization they submitted. I called my insurance company... they never received a request! Thank god I took screenshot of my messages with them before I cancelled... they tried to delete the evidence I had against them immediately after I got off the phone with them.This company is a scam. Take your insurance company's formulary to a *real* doctor. It will probably end up costing you way less than this fraud will. I'm 99% certain the only reason I got my money back was because I had proof that they were trying to defraud me.

      Paid upfront for membership, had 1 appt with a nurse practitioner - that was a month ago. They charged my card for the ******************* none of which i have received. I will be filing complaints with whoever will listen, they get 1 star because I can't rrate it less - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE CROOKS!!!!!

      It being more than a month since I got to talked to MD, I have not received medication and they are not helping resolve the issues. Tell me that I have to wait. This is not a reputable company. They only want the money.

      I have been taking what is being described as a GLP Compound of Tirzepatide, for approximately 6 weeks. I have lost a total of 5 pounds, which I credit to starting a cardio routine that consists of treadmill workout and calisthenics. I strongly feel as though the compound they are marketing is fake, and can be considered a scam. Their customer service is horrible, good luck getting a shipping update, unless you complain on their website. I DO NOT recommend anyone falling for LifeMD's antics. This company needs to be thoroughly investigate by the Better Business Bureau and the ***

      I was charged for the subscription immediately $199, told I was approved immediately and prescription was being filled. It still says in progress on the app and its been three plus weeks. I have messaged them and have had no luck in getting a response. I did say that I wanted to cancel and I was reporting the charge as fraud through my bank if it is not refunded pretty quick.

      I paid for a 3 month membership with this company and the additional amount for the prescription. It totaled about $370, which is pretty pricey! I was onboard though because I thought it would be a good fit. The app had a lot of good articles/tips about weight loss. My first appointment was very quick, but I didnt have a lot of questions. They immediately ordered my meds, which stayed in an ordered status of about 7 days. I decided I didnt want to continue the program and didnt want to receive the meds so I reached out to the front desk and informed them I wanted to cancel my program and not receive the medications. I only asked for a refund on the meds not expecting a refund on the program too. They promptly replied and refunded all of my money. Overall this company was easy to work with. The shipping times on the meds are slow and they did tell me upfront it would take ***** business days not including weekends. I appreciate the promptness of the company and the clear communication I received.

      Paid the subscriber fee for 3 months. Had my first telehealth appt with the provider. Provider told me to reach out if I wanted to go ahead and have the medication sent. Messaged provider and no response for 4 days. Cant get in contact with customer service or a provider. Wanting to cancel at this point.

      Theyre a complete scam. I went through the whole process and I have never received the care I am needing. They have done nothing. They are not returning my messages since I requested a refund of my $300+
