      Dont trust the 30 day guarantee when they want you to purchase a larger quantity of medication. They do not honor it.

      I cancelled my subscription over 6 months ago and cant even log in to my profile- because its cancelled! Says profile inactive. Theyve been charging me every single month. I cant contact them- they never answer the phone or their email.I want my money back!!!

      They advertised that you get medication for 6 months with a discount if you pay in advance and then once you pay they set you up with an appointment with a doctor, which they say is to prescribe the medication that you pre-paid for. I got on the phone with the nurse during my scheduled appointment only to find that the medication would be an additional cost and I had pre-paid for some medical plan. This is a total bait and switch situation. Now Im trying to get my money back emailing and calling they dont answer. Ive now reported the fraud to my bank and theyll handle it from here. Run dont walk. Not sure how they are BBB certified when they behave like this?

      If I could give a 0 I would. Having the same issues as other people. Trying to cancel is impossible because they don't have customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They also stole my bank information and I had a door dash used in **************** live in **********.

      When I signed up for the product and then found out that there were a lot of requirements that I could not meet. I called back in less than 12 hours to cancel my subscription which shouldnt have been hard to do as I did not receive any services. I called several times to two different numbers and emailed three times. I got no response. I just wanted a refund but I am unable to get in touch with anybody at the company.

      If I could do less than one star, I would. Dont be fooled by their nice website, this company is a total scam. They ***************** it in the fine print that medication is not provided. I purchased a membership for $387 and then realized the medication was not included so I immediately tried to cancel my account and begin the refund process. It has been three weeks, I have sent three emails (no response!), made five phone calls and the spoken to multiple people who cannot give me a straight answer about my refund request. They also tried to tell me that they could not refund any money, and then they said they could only do $200, and then! Only after I showed them the information about the refund policy on their own website, did they say they would give me $300 back. Allegedly, well see what happens.
