      Very misleading. I thought the first payment of $75 was for my prescription. It is just to have the app, payments are every month. Then I find out my insurance does not cover the prescription, so I wasted $75.

For patients who choose not to use insurance or whose insurance does not cover branded GLP-1 medications, we offer compounded medications which are shipped directly to your door.       Life MD is a total hoax, preying on the public. I did not order this sleep product. They sent it anyway. No doctor involved. all computer. Total rip-off. Stay away from this company. A disgrace to the "medical" field.

      The Drs at LifeMD were great and it was a seamless process to get an appointment and prescription however everything else is a complete hassle and mess. His is my second month and I have contacted them multiple times to get my prescription sent to me. After 9 days I was told it takes ***** to process the prescriptions. By the way they advertise within 5 days online. After day 11 I attempted to cancel my membership but apparently cant until they ship my prescription or else I will not get it and they will not refund me for the money they already took. Oh and it still hasnt shipped and I still dont have an ETA. Even if they process this soon, by the time I receive it I will have been off the medication for 2 weeks and will have to retaper. Their lack of follow through has been super inconvenient and such a hassle. With so many other online options, I would NOT recommend this one.

      The product Lymph MD did not solve my wife's edema. She tried this product for one month, absolutely no good result's.

      They are overpriced, and dishonest. They reach out asking if you need any help, and the day you do, they are not willing to help. My prescription got stolen off from the front of my apartment building. They put the sole responsibility on me and the delivery company. The delivery company they picked keeps deciding to leave the package where it is easily stolen rather than the secured delivery room that requires a password and has cameras. All they did was offer for me to pay an additional $255 to replace it. They also offered for me to start picking up my package rather than getting it delivered. They offered no real help. This brand is the most expensive in the category for this exact medication. I assumed that came with good customer service. I was wrong, and Im sorry to myself for picking them to go with when making a decision. ****** ***Founder, LifeMD ****** emailed on me to check up and to request a positive review. When I brought real issues up to him, he ignored my response. Seems like you had no interest in real feedback. You were only interested in free publicity for doing the bare minimum while overcharging for it.
