      I had surgery this morning and was coming off anesthesia. I accidentally ordered 2 mos sleeping medicine. I called within *********************************************************** I called them very quickly after I ordered and it was an innocent mistake I am disappointed w this company. Bad customer service

      I had and continue to have a great experience with my Doctor. From the beginning she was helpful, insightful and helped me navigate through my insurance. So glad I signed up. Down 30 lbs in two months! Would definitely recommend to others.

      Dishonest. Thought I was just buying one bottle of sleep aids, and 2 months later I get an email stating that my next shipment is going out, for $204! I emailed to cancel it, and it went out the next day anyway. I called, and they refused to refund my money. Avoid like the plague.

      Charged my credit card before I ever spoke to a doctor. Was not able to connect to the doctor and would not reimburse the charge.

      Be aware!!! So I signed up and then was required to PAY $249 to speak to a Provider and receive treatment. Initially the site states it takes 1-2 days to hear back from the provider well 5days passed when I called the company customer service concerned as to why I havent heard back yet. The *** was very brief and annoyed and scheduled a phone appointment for 4days later which at that point it would be a week at that point since my sign up time. The *** stated this is the soonest available because they are behind and very busy so I said okay but while she is talking I see on the app that they have a next day appointment so I scheduled. - the provider was extremely sweet,honest, professional and straightforward about the process. She clearly asked about my goals and clarified the cost associated with the program then said I was approved and that she would be sending my prescription to the pharmacy! So hours later I get a message from a care team member saying I am on ******** and that they arent legally allowed to assigned treatment to a patient on ********** they will be refunding me my money!I am NOT ON ANY TYPE OF STATE ASSISTANCE- I have PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE THROUGH MY EMPLOYER! So the fact that they have invalid information and blamed denial of treatment on false information ******************State health insurance is clear evidence of discrimination and dishonesty.

      LifeMD is a horribile company. They would not stop a shipment before it shipped for a prescription I cannot take. I called and identified that the prescription conflicts with a current prescription and I cannot take it. They verified that the prescription had not yet processed or shipped, and they refused to stop the order and charged me 360 dollars anyway. This is a horrible company and they have no concern for patients/customers, just sales. I have 5 kids, this is unacceptable.

      While I found the payment and order page to be confusing and misleading, my experience with "*******", in customer service to be very professional and helpful. She is articulate and in the moment. A real pro.
