    I bought The first month then they charged me for the medicine AND a membership when I was Only supposed to pay $34 for them both. That was the advertisement. I gave Them my card after I paid $34 for the membership then they tried to charge $199 for the medicine.

    We apologize for the confusion here and for the inconvenience. Please know that our  Weight Loss Program is a membership-based program. We charged a $39 discounted price for the  1st month and a $135 regular rate for the subsequent months. These fees are towards the ************************* Weight Loss Coach, App usage/Website access, service from your care coordinator,r and a non-glp medication  

    Furthermore, the $199 is for the *********** 2.5 mg vial which is a compounded medication that would be on the top on your membership fee

    This morning I filled out a questionnaire for an on line pharmacy for semiglutide. I provided my personal information and a credit card. I was told a set price and then kept getting charged for more things. I requested immediately to discontinue the program. Time stamps are on emails. I was then bill $670 and $39 on my discover card (I have filed a dispute with them). I never received and individualized plan, or spoke with anyone. Everything they wanted me to do was another $99. I would like a full refund of $670. They can keep the $39.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: There was never an order with the pharmacy.  I never received a personalized plan.  I only filled out an online survey.  Immediately after filling that out and paying for the pharmacy order I get a new email that stated they wanted another $99.  Zealthy kept adding charges.   I want a full refund due to services were never provided and there was no personalized plan and no good were received.   Order was cancelled with an hour of starting this process.

    So, I have been using Zealthy since November for Wegovy. The first few months were great - Fast responses, they worked with my Insurance to get it covered, even sent in prior authorizations. I had no issues, other than local supply shortages. Until April.I was sent in the prescription for the next dosage on April 4th. Local supply shortages dragged this out until April 10th, where my pharmacy finally told me l needed ANOTHER prior authorization. ****, no big deal. I tell my care coordinator and TWO days later (April 12), he says he will pass on the information. A few days go by and I don't hear anything back. Not even a generic message. So, I send ANOTHER message on April 16th. At this point I'm upset because I am 2 weeks behind on my medication.Partially due to local supply shortages but also due to slow response time. Another few days go by with no response so I sent ANOTHER message on April 22nd.Two more days go by and I sent another message today, April 24th. Not to mention I sent them an email on April 21st and a follow up today due to no response there **********, l've been off the medication for almost a full month. Absolutely been ghosted by Zealthy for 14 days even though a response time is typically "1-2 days." According to their return policy, you are NEVER eligible for a refund except where error has occurred?Whatever that means. Even when you do not receive or use the Zealthy "benefits"!I spent in total first month $49 and then $135 a month since November. I have been ghosted by this company and for the month of April not received any of the promised benefits. But Im apparently still not eligible for a refund even though I never received any product or help?

    I purchased *********** from this company and after I hit "pay," the amount increased significantly. They automatically included a "membership fee" in the total price that was processed. The membership is supposed to provide step by step assistance and help with any questions or concerns. After having to go to the ** due to side effects, I reached out and heard nothing. It has been over 5 weeks since I received ANY sort of correspondence other than automated responses saying it could take a day or two for a response. March 16 was the last response I received. It is April 24 today. They are scamming people by forcing them to pay for a nonexistent membership

    I joined a membership plan to evaluate options to support weight loss. I was told that I qualified for injections and asked if I wanted to proceed. I indicated that I was not ready to proceed and provided insurance information. Instead checking for insurance coverage, I was billed for a prescription that I did not order. My credit card contacted me regarding the transaction as potentially fraudulent. I confirmed that I did not approve the order. Immediately following, I canceled my subscription on April 7th and deleted my credit card information. I received an email that my subscription would not renew. 3 days later, my card was charged and I was not informed. I received medication that I did not order. I tried to contact the company regarding my request for a refund and to return the medication, but I have not received a response from support.

    Hello I was charged for a refill I did not request. I would like a refund. The product works I like it. I see results. I simply still have medication left and did not order more at this time. Please refund.

    I was charged $135 on 2/18/25 and 1/18/25 after the prescription was paid for on 1/17/25. They continued to try to charge me in March and again now in April for another $135 monthly membership fee. I did not receive this prescription that I paid for back in January until 4/18/25! And that was after numerous complaints and inquiries. I initiated the weight loss journey in October and began paying for a monthly subscription as well as medication. I noticed right away on my first renewal that they wont send your prescription until your next month Subscription is paid already each time. It became progressively worse where I would get the prescription later and later where I would have gaps between Taking the medication which defeats the whole point of being on this medication for weight loss I feel like I have wasted my money since October because I havent been able to take the medication as I should be and do what I should be because of the fact that I'm not getting it when I should be and I feel like this company is just taking advantage of people.

    I cancelled my memebership with them Mar 14 but on Mar 31. They took upon themselves to refill a melasma cream amounting to $75 without my request. Even if it has x amount of refill no one can just refill any medication without letting the patient know their medication is due for refill. I tried disputing it but till now they didnt refund me my money but continued to processing refill for the melasma cream and dates are as follows. March 31, April 1 and April 5 respectively. To this day I didnt got any update on cancellation and refund

    I received a follow up email about my inquiry with zealthy for me to take advantage of their deal for weight loss medication of $39 a month no where in the email does it state the deal was just a membership fee and the medications would be separate. Once I paid the $39 fee and it was time to select the medication that is when it states to check the box stating you understand the membership fee is separate from the medication cost. After I saw that I went to the messaging and begun requesting a refund it states it may take hours to a day before someone gets back to you. I kept messaging and emailing finally someone message me back and states due to the intake process starting I can not get a refund, however I have been trying to get in contact with someone for hours. I want my money back and want this business investigated for false advertising.
