I was charged an unauthorized amount by this company and they have refused to refund the amount that they charged my account. I ever disputed it with my bank. Contacted the company. The company has blocked my phone number and has refused to talk to me. I've tried calling them from other phone numbers. And they hang up on me every time I have tried talking to them they will not work with you to help solve any issues. I have been professional in trying to be nice and patient with them, and at first talking to them. They've acted as if they would resolve the issue and refund my money and apologize for the misunderstanding and the charge. And I was under the impression that I would receive the money that my account was charged back from this company but I have not received the money back nor have I heard back from them. This company seems to want to scam. A lot of people and then wants to block phone numbers. Hang up on people and get very rude with them. Wow, very disrespectful.I just would like, hmm, to have my issue solved and received my money back that I was charged.I warn them that I was going to take it to the next step. If they did not refund me. But they still act as if they don't care, so this is me. Taking the next step, I'm not sure where to go from here. Or what to do after this step? They have been reported as fraud at my bank and I hope to help other people from getting scammed from this company. I saw an ad for *********** weight loss meds thru Zealthy with what was advertised to be a promotion of the first month for $39. I paid the $39 and then was told the cost of meds were not included (not even first month) and they were an additional cost that was ridiculously high. I emailed support immediately and was told they would not issue a refund because my info had already been reviewed. It had not been enough time for anything to be reviewed. I started dealing with Zealthy on April 3rd. I what is immediately charged a $35 membership fee. I paid for medication to be expressed shipped to the tune of $214 today is April 22 and I have still not received any medication. I created a Zealthy account in June 2024 to explore their services, using my Gmail via iPhone, which inadvertently gave the app access to my Apple Wallet. Without my awareness, I was charged $135/month starting that same month.I only noticed these charges recently. My account history shows no service use during this 10-month period, indicating I was unaware of the ongoing billing. Shortly after signing up, I informed Zealthy via in-app chat (now inaccessible) that I did not wish to proceed after learning of the additional monthly service fee. I reasonably assumed that ended my involvement.Despite this, Zealthy continued billing without notice. After multiple calls, a representative canceled my account and refunded one monthbut provided no explanation for retaining the other nine. The partial refund implies acknowledgment of error, yet no further action was taken.I am requesting a full review and refund for the unused billing period. I ordered a 3 month supply of Tizepatide in January. My prescription did not last 2 months. I called them and showed them the bottle and said I had the dosage I was supposed to have. I went to an in person center to talk to them about the process of getting glp shots and my concerns. After explaining my experiences with Zealthy I was shown a tier level for Tizepatide and was shown I was given a very high dosage to start which is why I became very sick had to leave work miss days and couldnt function properly. I was also shown that Zealthy previous pharmacy was shut down and was advised I may had a fake medication. I was told my dosage amounts and prescription didnt make any sense and it was very inaccurate. I called Zealthy no answer. I sent an email. The customer representative stop responding. I am this month and Zealthy are try to say its time for me to refill and the vial ran out over a month ago. I signed up for the services because they stated they will see about getting authorization from my insurance company. To this date they have not contacted my insurance company. From the beginning I asked him about my insurance. Over and over they just gave me the runaround. When I asked them to cancel everything because they charge my credit card they say we will see what we can do. Not ones that someone get back to me. To this date they charged me and no Services were received. Not once did a doctor contact me. Not once with my insurance contacted. I am to receive a total of $1004. I only received the ~$200 mentioned by Zealthy in their response to the BBB. The additional cost is for a prescription that has not been received and has been cancelled (as noted above by Zealthy themselves to the BBB, on the phone, and confirmed in writing to me.) Last week I received a phone call from the "pharmacy escalation team" ENSURING me that the remainder would be refunded - therefore the entire cost of $1004 would be refunded. This has not yet happened. Attached is the online messaging conversation between me and Zealthy customer service. They keep telling me one thing and doing another. Zealthy is unnecessarily drawing out this issue. You have been contacted many times by **** to resolve this issue. Also, you continue to send me emails stating that my already cancelled shipment is on the way.
I see that $216 of the $1004 has been refunded despite the transaction being in dispute which is in direct contradiction to your above reasoning as to why nothing can be refunded- refund the remaining $788 asap.

I had prepaid for a 3-month supply of ***********. After month 1, I submitted a refill request d/t not having enough medication in the vial. I assumed this was normal. Submitted a refill request, it was approved, and then I was charged $454. I immediately called Zealthy as soon as I received the notification from the bank inquiring about the charge. She told me it was because I requested a refill, and there should have been enough in the vial for 3 months. When I explained that was not the case, she said to send pictures of the empty vial to resolve the issue. I said I can do that. In the meantime, refund the $454 and cancel the order while we work to resolve the issue. She reported she would take care of this. Unfortunately, she did not, and the order was still shipped. I'm also disputing the charges with my bank, as I had requested this to be canceled and not shipped. I reached out to Zealthy multiple times regarding this issue before finally getting a response, but they just responded that they understand my frustration, but since the medication was shipped, they can't offer a refund. I understand that, but I called on 2/27 and said to cancel the order, which they were supposed to cancel. It's unfortunately a customer service issue on their end and not mine, and I'm not being financially responsible for their error.Business Response

Transaction date April 4, 2025 Refund Amount ***** I went on the website Zealthy looking to see what they had to offer on medication. When I went in the website to look you had to pay ***** to view what your prescription medicine would be if you decided to order through Zealthy , *** online. I paid the ***** to check out the pricing. When it showed me the pricing for the prescription medicine it was very expense. So I opt out of the website. Since I didn't move forward it ordering medicine. I called less then 24 hours Zealthy customer service line ************ . I spoke to lady on 4.5.25 would set up refunding my $ *****.She also sent me link to cancel the service. So I did. She said I should see if go back to my card less them 72 hours not counting the weekends. I waited. I called back later the following week and another *** said it was waiting for approval to get paid out for refund. So I waited longer and I still haven't received a refund. All I have received is people calling and emailing nonstop to order the prescription and finally called back and they took my number off my account so people stop calling me . Now just emailing . The only reason I haven't asked for my email to remove since waiting still for the refund. This should been simple process since I called then less the 24 hours of the purchase.
