      I booked our tickets with no problem. However, shortly thereafter I received a phone call from one of your customer service people trying to sell me insurance. I told her that I was not interested, but she continued. Finally I say good by and hung up. I did not appreciated the hard sell and rudeness of your agent.

      Subject: Disappointing Experience with CheapOair
      I recently booked a flight through CheapOair and my wife purchased what was advertised as "free cancellation insurance" for our flight tickets. However, upon further investigation, we discovered that the insurance only covered cancellations for our seats and not for the actual flight tickets.
      This was a complete misrepresentation of their services and we feel misled and taken advantage of. The button and description for the "free cancellation insurance" did not make it clear that it only covered seat cancellations and no flight cancellations.
      I would not recommend CheapOair to anyone as their business practices are unacceptable and their lack of transparency in describing their services is concerning. Do yourself a favor and choose a different travel agency for your bookings. You will save yourself from the frustration and disappointment that we experienced.
