      Third time dealing with this problem that shouldn't happen in the first place. The second time, I waited in a chat queue for over an hour before I gave up. Don't book ******* or **** through CheapOair.

      The website was great, I even paid for my insurance and selected my seats. This review is not in regards to it.Shortly after everything was confirmed I received a call from someone asking for me to purchase additional insurance and to pay for my boarding passes.After asking several times if my boarding pass would be on my airlines mileage plan site, he reluctantly shared it would. It was an uncomfortable conversation and I had to share several times I was not interested in paying for either. Its disappointing to say the least.
