      I booked a flight with CheapoAir. Who is Fareportal Inc. and why are YOU emailing me about CheapoAir? They annoyed me because I booked my flight, and everything's done. Then I get a phone call from CheapoAir (or maybe Fareportal ****** asking about my booking. Why? What's wrong? Nothing's wrong. Then why the phone call? Oh, because you want to upsell me something. Please stop doing that! You already hit me 15 times with upsells throughout the entire purchase process. Please don't insult my intelligence and hit me again with a phone call, thinking I'm so stupid that I missed it the first 15 times. If this is your new policy, then I'm going to start using someone else.

      Dont use cheap o air!!!I booked a flight to ****** and I cancelled it ten minutes after I booked it. When I spoke to customer service they told me 613 would not be posted to my acct it will drop off. And then the remaining balance will post and be refunded. That did not happen everything posted to my acct. I had to contact my bank to get it resolved. But now cheap o air is saying the refunded it but they never did. My only refund is from my bank when they gave a temp credit to research the issue. So now they are messing with my bank account and I have no way to show they never refunded it was my bank. Every time I called them they continued to lie and then hung up on me instead of reconciling with my bank. I will never use them ever again!!!

      We have contacted this customer and advised her of the information regarding duplicate reservations received from the airline. Reservations were made with ** and the airline on the same day and this caused the customer confusion.

      They emailed me to follow up and still did not fix the problem. They just denied they made an error. Don't bother using there sight because if a problem arises they will not help and just s**** up your acct.

      using a credit from a previous cxl'd flight , uncommunicated reinstatement fees were never communicated. invoice for new flight showing the new charge has not been issued. that will be needed for business expense report to show i used the credit. poor handling with ****** ****

      I booked a flight ticket on Cheapoair, but unfortunately, I missed the plane.
      I talked with the airline ticketing counter, and they said the ticket was refundable with penality and asked me to contact CheapOair for a refund.
      I chated with Cheapoair for the refund thing more than five times and spent more than 6 hours but they still did not process the refund.
      I am not happy for the service of CheapOair.

      The ticket I raised to Cheapoair over two weeks but not any progress.And they just asked me to contact the airline directly, but the airline told me they only accept the agency to issue cancel/refund.Cheapoair, You are a travel agency and charge the $ from the customer side, so you have the obligation to serve your customer directly.

      Travel plans were by air: everything was fine except our connection thru *** was too close to our arrival, so we almost missed the flight to our final destination. Please don't provide or choose connecting flights that are closer than 1.5 hours, as you may need to go to another part of the airport to board your connecting flight or can't get to your gate to deplane after arriving at the airport. We had to wait until the plane actually got to the gate to get off; I'm not sure why the plane could not go directly to the gate after we landed. Our connecting flight was leaving *** to go out of *******, so I am grateful we did not miss the connecting flight out of ******, but we had to run to the next gate.
