      Terrible wait for customer service - both on the phone and by on-line chat. I was notified there was a change to my flight - and was waiting by phone and computer for resolution for 6 1/2 hours!! After all that time, I was told no change could be made - was asked if I wanted to cancel my trip - no other options. I said yes, please re-fund my credit card for the cost of the ticket - was told I wouldn't receive a refund - I strongly reacted stating I didn't cancel - this wasn't my choice - and yes - I would expect a full refund. There was another trip itinerary very similar to the original up for review within 5 minutes and we re-booked. Now, how is that possible? I'm greatly disappointed in Cheap-o air, and will be looking for other sites in the future.
