      I was very impressed until I get a new charge for a seat and some type protection that I didn't ask for and I reached out to customer service and they told me ****** for my refund!!! Only 19$ but I barely had enough for my ticket!!! EXTREMELY UPSET ??

      The refund has been processed from our agency. It then goes to the customer's financial institution/credit card for settlement. We generally give a cautious time frame of **** business days for the refund to show back into the account but can take as little as 3-4 days. This is not in the control of our agency.

      I completed the flight search, paid the ticket for my wife. I was expecting a booking confirmation with itinerary. I only got a text message to my phone with a link and that link lead me to reserve a car and hotel. I took me quite some time to find my wife itinerary.

      In March 2020, we were supposed to go to ***********. A week before the flight, they closed their borders and cancelled all flights. Cheapoair initially provided me a voucher however wanted to charge me for this voucher as a change fee. I argued with them that I did not want to make this change and was being forced to. They finally waived the fee. I was told I had until a certain date in 2021 to use my voucher. The borders were still closed by the expiration date in which I was told my voucher would be extended. Then without a follow up, I check and find out my voucher has expired. It's a paid voucher, how does it expire? I didn't realize money expired. I contacted Cheapoair several times now and they are telling me to contact the airline directly. The airline is telling me they can't help because I booked through a travel agency. Cheapoair is telling me they are refusing to help me any further because the airline apparently denied the refund. I have asked multiple times for proof that Cheapoair has asked for a refund for me yet to date have not been provided anything. I paid for a service that was not delivered. I did not cancel this service as it was cancelled outside of my control yet I'm the only one paying for it since everyone got their money. Some would consider this stealing if I'm not mistaken... Cheapoair needs to make this right... This is ridiculous.

      As an agency we must abide by the rules and policies set by the airline. Only they can waive their rules and authorize a refund on a non-refundable ticket or extend the validity period they have set for their credit. We have gone back to them once again with the customer's request. Once we get their response we will, of course advise.

      Air *********** states that no one from Cheapoair tried to request a refund. So why are you lying to me saying it's been denied? I also recently received an email from Cheapoair saying the refund has been approved but you need more information. I call and was transferred 2 times. Left on hold for 45 minutes because you had to look up my booking information and then the agent never came back and kicked me back to the general recording. Stop with the games and give me my refund. Send me a check. You have my address on file. This is ridiculous that you can call yourself a business. Your job is to help your customer. But all you do is lie and steal from your customers.
