      Be sure to pay strict attention to your flight information! I've had good experiences with Cheapo flights until today. I was checking my flight info as I received an email saying there had been a "slight" change to our flight. It ended up no to be not so "slight", at least not to me. We paid extra to have assigned seats as is the case these days with most airlines. I saw one of our seating assignments had been changed to "pending" and one didnt have any seat assigned. I called and the agent was no help and I could barely understand him, sounded like he was underwater. He said I hadn't paid, which I had a receipt showing I had. I used the chat option and asked to speak with a superviser and within a few minutes he took care of it and sent me an email with the seat assignments confirmed.

      Very limited time to chat with an Expert for flight changes due to cancelled flight. I was told some minutes ago the chat with the expert is only between 9:00AM-12:AM EST.
