    This company is a fraud they never respond to texts or it takes them a few weeks to get back to you. My insurance company has been trying to work with them for months to get my medicine covered. I hope the BBB is investigating this company

    Was happy with the first round and the original coach I had. She left and they set me up with someone else who was amazing. Unfortunately, the ****** randomly stopped and spent months trying to figure WHY from them with no answers. I entered the "masters" program and found no help there and more wanted to get back on the meds I was on as it helped me. Again, tried to get back on ****** and was told by the pharmacy they work with I was NEVER a customer of theirs (funny as I to this day have the emails and bank statements of paying them A LOT OF MONEY). NO HELP from customer service or the chat function. The most help I got was from the life coach in the first leg. It was someone to bounce ideas off of and could steer me better. I do wonder why my original coach suddenly left. Her name was **** and she was so sweet and an ear to listen as I was working through a lot of things when I started in August 2021. Now I can't pay off with my HSA and can't get a refund for a USELESS program. Now I just pay for a trainer at a gym who is FAR more helpful and USEFUL.

    DO NOT SIGN UP FOR CALIBRATE MASTER'S!!I signed up for Calibrate in April 2022 and was with them for a year, I have struggled but I have had some success. I had many issues but I hung in there. I could not get medication through my insurance but I was able to get Medication through the **** ****** (MFG ******) for 1 year. It will expire in June. So I was trying to keep my head in the game and continue my losing. Well I signed up and paid for the Coaching. I have heard NOTHING!! I did not have a Dr. ****** check up, I have not had a Dr. ********* Master's check in, I have not heard anything about a Coach appointment. I just get e-mails and an invite to sign up on the ******** Page. I had my last Coaching session in April and was told Calibrate would contact me with a New Master's Coach and I've hear NOTHING!! I've tried calling I'm on hold for hours, I've tried texting through the phone app (No Reply).... I'm so Disappointed and worried because I have lost weight but I still need the Help to continue. But I feel I will be needing to look into another program or find a Real Physician in my area to continue my weight loss journey. You can not count on Calibrate

    IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. Save yourself some time and MONEY. Calibrate is a very poorly designed program. The only useful thing I got from them was the scale I received in the mail upon starting the program. While I was able to get my medication approved within a month, I realized that medical spas are now able to sell and administer the same semiglutides that we are paying for through calibrate on top of the 1700$ for the membership. Didnt seem worth it to me. So I started reaching out 90 days after my first doctors appointment to attempt to cancel my membership. This is where it gets Rich. Ive sent countless texts to the support channel, no response for WEEKS. *** sent countless emails, no response for WEEKS. Ive harassed this company on ********* Instagram, phone calls, leaving messages. NOTHING. Is this company run by Ghosts?!?! Like seriously. If I lived in ** Id drive to the headquarter for Christs sake. So there you have it. I am attempting to start a legal battle with this company because they will essentially go ghost mode if you wish to cancel. Save yourself some time and money, from a licensed medical aesthetician, find a medical spa with a nurse practitioner or PA that does semiglutide injections/ medical weight-loss injections. Been on a semiglutide for 8 weeks and *** lost 20 pounds.

    Predatory practices. They say medically supervised but you meet with a doctor once via telemed for 10min and thats it. They promise to get you glp1 medications for 25 dollars and when they cant youre on the hook for a **** medication with no refund. Not to mention, their coupons they use to get the medication for $25 are no longer accepted. Their customer service is also non existent. I cant wait for the class action.

    I joined Calibrate in March of 2022 for the required one year membership with a promised weight loss of 15% of my starting weight or my money would be completely refunded. As of 4/12/23, I had only experienced a 6% weight loss as confirmed by my Calibrate Coach at our last meeting. Despite following their nutrition plan (which is basically just sensible eating), taking medication as directed and exercising, 6% was the final result. Additionally, as many individuals in prior complaints have stated, it was extremely difficult to reach a real person at any time during the program. I experienced massive technical difficulties which impacted how I was able to use the program and the only response I received was "please reload the app" -which never worked.When I contacted Calibrate to request my refund, all I got was a canned response stating I did not qualify for a refund. The response was completely automated and even had the phrase "Insert response here" in the email as a direction to the ** that apparently completes these items.I am completely disgusted with this company and if I knew that they were not BBB accredited from the beginning, I never would have done business with them.

    Initially everything was going well. The medical team was trying to find a GLP-1 that was covered by my insurance - but turns out - my insurance will not cover any of these meds and I cannot afford $1000+/month for these medications. The Calibrate team messaged me stating insurance would not cover these meds and I have to respond within 7 days to be eligible for a refund. I responded the same day back to them . And its been nothing but crickets! I messaged the support channel, the medical channel, and also emailed them to prove (have documentation of timestamp and date) that I requested a refund. This program is pointless without the medication. Thats why I signed up initially. I know the other stuff, but needed a tool (GLP-1) to really help. Anyhow, Im now leaving a negative review because their customer service is nonexistent. If you truly need something, Id be super wary of this program. But like I said, I have documentation I requested a refund in case they try to claim I did not respond (or they didnt bother to get back to me in a timely manner) and this needs to go through legal to get my money back.CALIBRATE- we are all busy and short staffed - but not replying to your customers is UNACCEPTABLE. It was only after I messaged my health coach and asked her to escalate my messages to Calibrate regarding a refund, did I actually hear back from them. I was given a super generic response They will be in touch shortly with next steps and further details regarding said refund. Honestly, they had my insurance info from day one. They wouldve known that my insurance would not cover any of these medications - so honestly, they should never have let me get to the point of evening having a doctors appt which alone costs $250. Their excuse for this was the prior auths -- not true.Finally given a refund - but I truly do not know if I would have gotten a refund if it weren't for my health coach and her escalalting my issue.

    This is hands down one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I have had no luck contacting the Calibrate team to set up a doctors appointment or coaching, despite multiple attempts to reach out. At this point they are completely lacking in their duty of care to PATIENTS they are prescribing MEDICINE to. Really, really disappointed and frustrated.

    I tried to sign up for the program in April 2023. After quickly facilitating payment, I was told I'd be set up with lab orders in 2 business days. After this, the support team completely disappeared. I received zero communication from the team for weeks, until I told them I was cancelling and wanted a refund. When they finally responded, they said I'd only get a refund for part of my payment. I was astounded to learn they were keeping TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS of my money -- for what reason, when they provided me ABSOLUTELY NOTHING? It's clear this organization cannot provide medication, so they are making money by roping people into the program, then keeping hundreds of dollars when the customers inevitably cancel. Shameful.

    I have been trying to get my medication refilled for the last week thru the app as that is my only mode of communicating with the medical team. I am going to run out of the medication they prescribed me and I cant get a reply from the company I am paying monthly to provide this service.
