I recently joined Calibrate and have been extremely disappointed. I can't even get to the stage of the process where I meet with a doctor and coach because no one will respond to my messages about getting the initial labs ordered. The customer service appears to be non-existent and it feels more and more like a complete scam. I would advise others to not waste their money.

Stay away from this company!! This is a huge scam. **************** is non-existent. They dont tell you that your insurance may have a cap on the discount price. The first two shipments were the promised $25.00, the third came to $718,00. It took someone 29 days to respond to me. The response stated I can cancel but Ill still be paying the monthly amount even if Im not continuing. I asked a responding question and no response. Please dont waste your time or money.

False advertising, horrible response times and communication and potentially detrimental to your health. I had success in finally getting ****** after waiting 5+ months for approval. Keep in mind through these 5 months, I was paying $138.00/month for an app with basic medical advice that is free online. I got approval and was successful in losing 40+ pounds and worked up to the highest dosage of ******. I was then told with a week of medication left that my insurance would no longer pay for the medication. So, from no appetite to struggling within a week with immediate end of medication. I have Hashimotos, am pre-menopausal and plus was facing a spine fusion. I have gained back all the weight, was convinced to sign up for a 2nd year where I waited months to get ********. I started the medication, again began having success then they ended my access. The coaches are not helpful if they show-up at all on the calls. If you reach out to support they will not respond for days. Unfortunately, a horrible scam, they will not return my money and are unwilling to help me. False advertising, poor service and disregard for their "members" that are paying $1000+/year. Do not use this company.

This is a scam - avoid at all costs. I signed up and paid with a credit card. When I tried to schedule I discovered I couldnt be seen by a doctor for over a month. I tried to cancel but there is no number to call. I tried their chat which was a useless bot. I searched their site and finally found out how to cancel. It says you have to cancel in 72 hours and it will take 10 days to hear back. I emailed them once I figured out how to cancel but dont know if I made the deadline because I tried to cancel by responding to an email they sent me first. I may have lost over $1,500. Im frantic.

You can get these meds from your doctor for the same cost and in much less time if you have decent or great insurance. However, If you were like me and feel for Calibrate's false advertising or if you want to throw away $1500, then by all means use Calibrate. And shame on me for missing the signs and not checking our their reviews on here first. Calibrate does even not have humans that you can talk to to get support. And don't bother trying to get your money back. They take about two weeks to respond to your question and they change their Terms and Conditions as well as refund policy to suite their needs to ensure that they are doing everything to keep your money. I also found this on ******, please join ** in this fight. ***************************************************************************************************************************************************************

I never received the medications promised. My insurance denied the first attempted by Calibrate and they gave up after that. The coaching sessions were useless for me. The written materials were good, but you can find most of same info in weight loss guides in books. Not worth the money and very disappointed.

I had high hopes for this company and their product. The initial **** meeting with the doctor and the biweekly meetings with the lifestyle coach went well. However 3 months into talking *********, my health insurance sent me a letter stating that it wouldnt cover the cost of the medication since I wasnt diabetic. Ive now been trying to find a human to speak to regarding this issue for almost a month. I get a automated response and nothing more. DO NOT GIVE THIS COUNTRY YOUR MONEY !

This company is a complete scam. They clearly spend all of their money on marketing and SEO to get people to join but once they have your cash good luck getting any time of support or responses. They prey on vulnerable people that need help. Please avoid them at all costs.

If I could give zero stars I would. After two years, I can attest that the customer service and medical response team issues are REAL. It was not like this in the beginning; I loved my initial experience. Now?RUN AWAY!!They apparently laid off more than 300 people from CS last year, while clearly not tempering membership, which has meant that not only do messages go unanswered for days, sometimes longer than a week, but you then have a lapse in medication. Did they miss a round of funding? Did the shareholders demand a larger return so jobs were lost? Its incredibly dangerous for there to be such little medical oversight, and if you do just a little digging you learn that they continue to market and sell to customers but absolutely cannot fulfill the support end. This is far too much money to spend for this experience, and the app is an absolute joke.
