    If I could give 0 stars I would. I work in healthcare and am disgusted with this company. They do NOT communicate. They do NOT make it easy to get information. The process was slow. Minimal updates. When you truly have problems it takes them days to respond and my experience was that they were fairly dismissive. I had to change my health insurance at the beginning of the year. It is ***** and they are "still working on it" while collecting my monthly payments and I have NO medication. I have never felt so out of control or taken advantage of in my life in the healthcare system. I feel that this program is falling apart. They don't make it easy to get ahold of them with complaints probably because they can't handle the excess amounts of complaints...so they just make themselves accessible by email. ********. I want OUT of this program. Now.

    I have been fooled from the start. Each medication they have prescribed has been denied by insurance. Once they approved a medication to an ****** it was a medicine that had very limited efficacy vs ******* / ****** etc. I have been messaging non stop and will not get a response for around 10 days each time. Their app and coaching is so elementary...e.g. dont eat past 8, drink water etc. No duh. The whole things a joke. I got dooped.

    I agree with all the 1 star reviews. The experience has been frustrating because no one communicates with you or responds to emails regarding labs, insurance information, appointments, etc. I am not sure I have had any contact with a human, only canned automated messages and chatbots thanking me for sending a request and assuring me of a response in the next few days. There are several email groups and they are all unresponsive. Sometimes the email gets delivered; other times they go to *************; never are they answered by a human. The support chat through the app is the same. I have submitted several requests over a period of 2-3 weeks and not one response. I don't know what to make of this company, but it is very frustrating. They are navigating complex conditions and complex patient management without transparency, communication, or customer support. I have yet to have my ************************** and I am nervous about receiving medical advice and a prescription for a drug with so much controversy from anyone affiliated with this company. Seems suspect and I have initiated the refund process. At the time of this review, I have sent 5 cancellation request emails.

    What a terrible experience. Welcome *** has allegedly been shipped off after two months of being a member. A Welcome Kit from what I understand consists of a scale and some measuring tape. Doesn't have anything to do with a medication shortage. Doctor stated that they'd move medication my GP prescribes over to Calibrate - haven't heard anything after **two months**. What a nightmare, and at this point I would say I am glad that there has been no real action with Calibrate to move the medication because the experience is just tragic. ************** with support are an absolute nightmare - it's like sending a scream into the void for help. If you're lucky, you may hear back in 2 weeks.I want a full refund immediately. I want to get out of this horrible experience and move on with my life.

    I have just finished the 1 year metabolic reset. I lost 50 pounds! Once I was prescribed Ozempic; it was pretty easy. I no longer was constantly hungry and didnt have cravings. At the beginning of 2023 my insurance changed and that is where the program fell flat on its face! I had to have new prior authorization for ******* and the , experts at Calibrate asked for the same drug over and over. It was denied the first time because I dont have Diabetes. They sent the request for Ozempic 2 more times! I messaged the medical and support teams and asked them to request prior authorization for Wegovy 3 weeks ago and no request has been made. I ended up being off of Ozempic for 5 weeks and I was so hungry I would wake up during the night and have to eat to get back to sleep. Calibrate finally sent a new prescription to my pharmacy but it was not approved by my insurance company. I paid $969 out of pocket.This has been one of the most frustrating and maddening experiences of my life!My advice is to find a primary care provider who will write the prescription and request prior authorization from your insurance company.

    this company is such a scam. they don't send medication, don't respond to messages, and the app doesn't function properly. they also do not hold themselves accountable to their advertised reimbursement. save your money and time, do not allow them to trick you into giving them your money

    1 star is too many for this joke of a company.I'm appalled by the unethical practices Ive witnessed dealing with Calibrate. Since July, I've experienced a severe lack of communication, and the services outlined when I invested in this program have not been fulfilled.I was assured that theyd be able to find approved GLP1 - this turned out to be false. They claim to have sent multiple GLP1s for approval, but there's only evidence of them ever attempting 1, despite my outreach asking for alternatives. They then offered ************ started the medication in Oct. I was able to fill prescriptions in Oct and Nov, but unable to fill the entire month of Dec due to savings card issues. Upon contacting Calibrate for assistance, I got no response. My coach informed me that Calibrate was supposed to have sent an email to all MJ patients outlining available options. I hadn't received the supposed email, so I reached out again. I was sent an email, only after requesting ****** responded, selecting that I wanted them to find a suitable alternative GLP1. I was told I'd have an answer no later than the end of Jan. ** date Calibrate has failed to provide me with an alternative GLP1 as promised. In Feb, I took matters into my own hands &was able to get 1 additional month of medication while I continued to wait on a solution from Calibrate. In March I encountered another issue; my pharmacist & I tried for 3wks to get in touch with Calibrate. This shouldve taken 5mins to resolve, yet it is still not resolved 4 wks later. Never in my life have I had such difficulty communicating with a medical provider.I have requested a cancellation/refund 3x now, with the last request 7 days ago. I have yet to receive any communication from Calibrate in response. This is yet another example of their horrendous communication, which is unacceptable. I am left with no choice but to file a complaint & hopefully warn prospective patients to save them from the nightmare scam I have experienced.

    I totally agree with all the negative feedback provided here - communication is terrible at best and nonexistent at worst. They effectively have no refund policy for being unhappy with the program - only if you jump through all their hoops are you eligible for refund if and only if you do not lose % weight - I think it's 15. I have lost weight by using the GLP1 medication - that I could have obtained from my GP had I done any research. The diet and other information is pretty standard fair for anyone who has been on diets for the majority of their life. I feel foolish and taken advantage of - it's a ****** hard learned. Do your research and avoid this company at all costs.

    Pay $130 for 30 minutes of "coaching" via Zoom. NO Medication was ever sent to me. $500 for blood work AFTER my insurance, No one EVER answers the phone or chat support. Literally NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Totasl rip off
