Non existent customer service. The pharmacy team has not sent my PAs in for over a month. I message, leave voicemails and emails and no one responds. The program with labs was almost $2k and I got one months of meds and scale. Its not been a positive experience at all. I was trying to be patient but they wont even get back to me

I would discourage anyone from using this service because the claims are not as advertised. Despite claims of professionalism and customer service support, it is difficult to speak with a real person in real time and difficult to follow up with medical team directly. This company seems to a corporate entity that uses great marketing and a medical model is that virtually nonexistent. The idea of using a medical model coupled with accountability is a great idea in theory if it not fulfilled by the company. I am leaving this 1 star rating as a courtesy and Calibrate is not even worthy of this.

I joined the program in June 2022 but waited until September to get my medication.
I was expecting to receive my medication on Jan 10th and once I didn't receive it, I contacted ******** and I was told I needed to renew my prescription. I have sent messages to both the Support and Medical channels. I get a formulaic response, they ask me about the same information I have already submitted (medication, dosage, etc) and still nothing. Almost three weeks have passed. Calibrate does not care about its customers...at all. Otherwise there would have been a phone number to call and talk to someone. Their messaging system simply doesn't work.
I want to cancel my subscription and get a REFUND. How can I go about it?

Short and sweet--this is a scam. Calibrate was not able to secure reduced pricing for Semaglutide (Wegovy), and yet refused to cancel the plan. Their website states, "However, in the unlikely scenario that there is no path to a low-cost GLP-1 for you, you will be eligible for a refund (less a $250 fee for the initial doctors appointment). You will be eligible for this refund after 90 from your doctors appointment the full period of time it may take our team to explore all GLP-1 options for you (though the vast majority of members will get access sooner)." THIS IS A LIE.After 90 days and no medication, Calibrate said, "We are so sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your membership. We sincerely apologize that it has not met your expectations and want to thank you for being in it together with us up until this point. While we are unable to provide a refund at this time (see terms), our promise to you remains unchanged 10% weight loss at the end of your Calibrate year. By continuing to actively participate in our coaching and curriculum, we are confident you'll see real results on Calibrate, and we back this up with our Results Money Back Promise. If you choose to proceed with cancellation, all upcoming coaching appointments and medications will be canceled, and you will no longer be able to access your Calibrate account. We are here to support your path to metabolic health however we can, and were happy to answer any questions you may have. We look forward to hearing from you and supporting your next steps." They do not take "NO" for an answer. Please also note that my friend is also cancelling Calibrate. She was able to get medication, but then her service was interrupted.Beyond the medication, there's no phone number or chat availability on the website. They hide one number on the FAQs page. First consultation took over 1 month. EVERY email response takes five or more days. This is a high-level scam that should be shut down by the ****

What is lacking is customer service. They ask customers/patients to be patient. They say to please give them 3-5 business days to respond. I was patient. I waited. Still no response in the medical chat (7 business days later) which is where they ask you to communicate. They continue charging me, have talked me into a second year (using the scare tactic of if you still want your medication) but continue with lack of response in a timely manner. Tried sending email to an address they posted in a response to a complaint on BBB and the email wouldnt send. Tried calling - can only leave a message or listen to a prerecorded message. Dont sign up. They cant keep up with the customers/patients they have. This is so frustrating and disappointing.

Initially I was super excited to join calibrate. BUT what a dumpster fire this whole process has been.! By 11/14/22, I had gone for the lab work and had my doctors appt. That part went smoothly. After that things went downhill. Communication from Calibrate is a total disconnect. Emails go unanswered for DAYS. I would send an email RE: medication status and would receive back placating messages "this takes time", and to be rest assured their special support staff are working diligently to get a GLP-1 approved by my insurance. After a month or so of this I called ********. What I found was that other than the initial medication request (which was denied) by ******** there have been NO attempts to submit anything further on my behalf. During this time I had one meeting my "personal coach" who told me to "drink more water". Sigh!!!
On or around the two month mark from my initial doctors appt I made a cancellation request. They reminded me I had to wait the official 90 days from doctors appt. If they could not get a GLP-1 medication approved within this timeframe, they would then issue a refund. Ok so I waited the requisite days and then sent another cancellation request. I received a response from their "support" channel-"we are so sorry you want to cancel, please provide details on how we can make this process better". So I gave them honest feedback. Then I asked for a refund for the second time. I have made 4 attempts since then to obtain a refund. According to their own stated policies I should receive one!
I am a seasoned nurse practitioner. I am horrified and worried for calibrate's members. There is no real time physician oversight. There is no direct line to a physician. Concerns are filtered through the app "support" channel. There is a number to call but the hold time is ridiculously long. I would never let pt concerns regarding MEDICATION go unaddressed for days on end. When reading other people's reviews I am observing this trend! DANGEROUS!!!!!!

I need a pre-authorization for the medication Calibrate promise to get. They do not communicate, and I am out of medication. They are not holding up their end of this agreement.

New year, same company. It seems they invest all of their time and money on digital marketing and invest absolutely zero into staffing or infrastructure to service their paying customers. Their systems are terrible-- records uploaded are lost, appointment booking system doesn't work, and seemingly "live" buttons lead to error messages. As others have stated, there is ZERO proactive communication and if you initiate communication, their response time is many days, if not weeks. One response I received was even addressed to the wrong name. I'm not sure why they offer coaching, perhaps insurance requires it, but valuable health coaching can't occur in a 15-min chat. My coach asked me questions that could have easily been answered in a form online (what is your goal for this program? how many glasses of water can you commit to drinking per day?). They guarantee a refund (of all but $250) if you don't receive a $25 prescription within 3 months of your doctor ************ but they don't mention that the appointment will take you 1-2 months to schedule (this appointment is also about a 15 min Zoom). So your money is tied up for 5 months before you know if you have a prescription or can get a refund. And my guess is that most people's insurance does not cover the medicine. I requested a refund three days ago (after waiting the three months post doctor ************ per their policy) and have not gotten a response. Their fee of $250 to cancel apparently covers the cost of the doctor ************ My doctor ***pays are about $30, so this is quite a markup, but at this point I will be happy to get any refund and move on. I am ashamed I was lured into this. If you're smart enough to read the BBB reviews (I wasn't) and can avoid doing business with this company, kudos.

The premise of this business is inherently flawed. You are told that you will have weight loss guided by science and a physician. However, you only meet once with a physician and the rest of the time, you spend with a coach who does not understand the science of weight loss. They simply set goals for you and then ask if youve achieved them biweekly. I have yet to have a physician guide my weight loss. They failed to provide the very thing they promised to provide. Its extremely unsafe for a physician to prescribe a medication and then not follow up with the patient.

Calibrate never returns your message. I have asked for a refill of my prescription and I am completely out of the medication. This is dangerous and they do not seem to care. This happened last time I needed a refill. It took a couple of weeks. Now it has been three weeks with no answer. I want my money back. This is not an organized legitimate business. It costs way too much for so many problems.
