    Please do not waste your money on this program. They will make promises and string you along u til your program ends. They are no longer able to get medication covered for most participants. They never respond to your concerns, despite emails from the *** that they will do better. *** recommend this program to family and friends only to be embarrassed when they are serviced so poorly. They had a good idea but they grew too fast and market changes have made them irrelevant. Go somewhere else where you can get meds and the proper customer service.

    Part of the promise of service is that Calibrate reps will jump any insurance hoops needed. After needling them for weeks, I finally so one to a dr. *** now I am waiting for weeks to hear a reply about an insurance question from the pharmacy. There isn't any one to call, you just send support messages into nowhere. Terrible service and a giant waste of money. Now I am out the upfront annual fee while I pay for alternate care separately.To qualify for a refund under their guarantee, I must perform all things asked if me, but their obligation is to simply ignore me until it is renewal time? A sham.

    Imagine if your doctor's ****** made you pay up front for an entire year of medical care, without telling you what you would get. And that ****** has no phones - they only use a dysfunctional app for scheduling appointments and answering medical questions. When you have a medical question, this doctor's ****** takes 3+ weeks to respond through the app (if they respond at all.) And the doctor's ****** only *sometimes* remembers to fill medications which require a taper to start and stop. And they only *sometimes* remember to submit prior auth for medications that the doctor says you need for a medical condition (not for weight loss, but for an actual medical issue). And the staff over-ride the doctor's decisions about what you need or don't need without consulting the doctor. This is Calibrate, but it is through virtual instead of a brick and mortar building. If this were an actual medical facility, it would have been shut down and/or sued by now for patient negligence and practicing without a license.This is not the fault of the doctors or other employees. This is a result of the leadership trying to take on more patients than what they could ethically handle.

    I give ZERO stars if possible. It is not covered by FSA implied. The first doctors appointment after paying in full took months. I have only had medication prescriptions 3 out of the 7 months since I had the physician appointment. Sure, you can send messages to physicians, and all areas of customer service but expect WEEKS before you get any reply. They close the case before you can even give answers to their questions when they do reply. Absolute *****. If you need ozempic, find a local program that *** be reliable. Do not use this horrible service as II did.

    This is a waste of time and money! There is lack of communication after paying upfront the process is very slow! I signed up in April 2023, first Drs appointment in June and then nothing. No update on medication, no update on coach just NO UPDATES! Then when I put in for cancellation they responded back to me with another clients name saying I can cancel but will not get money back! This is a fraud company and should be closed down!!!

    Should be able to have a ZERO STAR! This company only wants to take our money. The talk of support yet no one returns messages and there is no one to speak with. I paid the membership for medication, and I haven't been able to receive any medication for a year. They recently sent me a letter stating that they don't promise medication, but I paid for the membership that includes medication. Not sure how they can say they don't promise medication and yet make you pay for the service they cannot provide. That is fraud in my book. Don't waste your money or time with this company. FRAUDS!!!!

    This company Calibrate is a joke- they are billing us when nothing was ever completed and we cancelled their services several times. Credit is now being ruined do to their lack of response over the las 4 months. Their customer service is terrible- take 3-4 weeks to even get a response. We cancelled and they continue to process the loan with Affirm and now it is being reported as delinquent. They do not even deserve 1 star for any rating.

    This is the worst program and not a legitimate business. They do not answer calls or messages but take your money never to be heard from again. It has been 3 months and the only thing I have received from them is a scale and they charge around $1600. They require you to get bloodwork which you pay out of pocket for but dont send you the info on how to set this up for over a month. Once you send in your labs they never reach out or respond but you will receive an automated message saying they are working on it. I have sent 4 messages over the past 2.5 weeks asking where we are in the process and zero response. Ive also requested multiple times that they cancel me from the system with zero response. Do not join Calibrate for any reason whatsoever.

    This company has fallen apart. They were okay a year ago, but have really declined in service and communication over the past several months. And they won't honor a refund request, even though they can't deliver on their service. Don't make this very expensive mistake!

    This company does not follow through with their commitment of 72 business hours to respond to patient messages. It took almost 2 weeks along with them incorrectly sending prescriptions to the pharmacy and accidentally canceling them as well. You cannot talk to a live customer service representative.
