    Im only giving this company 1 star because I have to. Ive been a member since June. Its now July 25th. I have heard nothing from the company in 3 weeks. Im messaging them daily on the update mobile app platform that was supposed to be the fix for the issues. This is a lie. This company took my $1500 AND my husbands $1500 as we were doing this program together. We went to our PCPs. Got our labs done on our own. Sent them to the support team (the irony) and every day for 4 days they would send back another message asking for the same information again. I have screenshots. I have 5 conversation threads. They are not a reliable company. Im devastated. This is a lot of money. We are trying to make lifestyle changes and this company took advantage of us in the most horrible way. They do not respond. They arent available for any real contact. They have an auto bot on the app that is not realistic or helpful at all. They arent up to speed with any of the medical information that they require. You cant do anything with the program unless its on a phone and that doesnt work. There is no way to contact them. They will not refund the money regardless of what their FAQs say. Save your money and steer clear of Calibrate.

    Communication has completely dropped to non existent after my doctors appointment. I have an outstanding request to cancel and have yet to get a response from support on 3 of my outstanding messages. This is a very expensive bait and switch.

    Nonexistent customer service. Signed up for the program in February, paid for their membership and since then I have been struggling on a daily basis to get their support and properly START the program. I did not get anything for my money except for a terrible app experience and stress trying to speak with someone. They are extremely irresponsible and unreliable with medication which makes things very dangerous for patients. They do not give you your money back. Is a rip off. Do not signup.

    They took my money and stopped refilling my prescriptions and won't respond to my messages on the app or via email. I spent $1700 - I was ripped off. Their "coaching" consists of someone telling you to drink more water and think about why you want to be healthy. That's it.

    When I first started **** a couple of years ago, it was great. My medication arrived timely and correct so I never needed to contact support. Since renewing my membership for the 3rd year, my medication has been sent to the incorrect location (I was forced to pay out of pocket due to ****s error), my medication arrives late and support doesnt seem to understand what I am asking for. They have made several mistakes without any apologies and I have asked them to send my medication earlier to make sure Im not missing pills and they blame ***** If they just shipped earlier, it would not be an issue. They have not taken any feedback or action. Messing with medications is wrong and this place seems to completely disregard concerns.

    I signed up with Calibrate with the "promise" that they were a patient-focused, medical-based, weight loss company that would provide education, medication- GLP1's, coaching, and phone app tracking/support. I received none of these. Per the sign-on agreement I was eligible for a refund if after 90 days after ******************** appointment I had not received GLP1 medications. During this 90 day hostage period. I tracked everything required, showed up for my "coaching sessions" and attempted to reach out to Calibrate with questions and concerns regarding no medications or evidence of attempted prior authorizations with my insurance company. They took over 18 days to reply to a message sent in the app. I have left voice messages requesting a refund with no response. The message I sent on 7/17/23 requesting a refund since my 90 days were up was marked "resolved" by Calibrate, with zero communication to me! I just want my refund. This whole experience has been awful, the app is wonky and "update" 3 times in my 92 days of membership, I cannot access the education, the coaching sessions are just my coach apologizing to me about the terrible customer service, the communication from ********************** is canned, unbelievably slow and not helpful. I just want my refund. I realize I fell for a scam and feel stupid, but I (and the multiple others in my shoes) do not deserve to lose all of our money. We spent over **** dollars on snake oil- and they didn't even give us any oil! Please help.

    Avoid. Avoid. AVOID. I really wanted this to work but honestly it feels like a waste of money. I was able to get the medication easily enough but I chose Calibrate because I wanted support and a gradual program to follow to develop healthy habits. My whole time has been a garbage pail of technical issues and incredibly slow, and regularly useless, support.Theyve recently gone through an app overhaul and NOTHING works like its supposed to. That gradual program I wanted? Ive been locked out of for maybe 2 months now and there is no word on when itll work properly.Any support message takes about 2 weeks to get any kind of response. I emailed the medical support about some side effects, letting them know that I had already tried X, Y, Z and their response was some copy-paste nonsense about, hey, try X, Y, Z basically letting me know that they really didnt spend any time reading my concerns. Im so fed up with the whole thing but of course there is probably no way for me to escape this now. Im so annoyed and I just want out.

    I have been trying to get in touch with someone there since March. I paid for the program and received my scales. No other contact other than the canned responses. I now own $1600 scales! I applied for the financial part with ****** but I did not realize I was signing up much less making payments. They got my money and ran! Thieves! Do waste your time!

    I joined in 2021 and had great results with great communication and coaching but the second year was horrible. They did not reply to requests for renewals for meds for WEEKS ! Even to my coach! This went on for months. Then they changed the app and I could not access anything so I wrote them again begging for help to get on as my scale would not callibrate and I was locked out of the service per my contract and no help just ***** about an update that did not work! I also could not schedule most last appointments so again they did not fulfill the contact . I think purposefully do not answer hoping to string you along and take your money! Worst of all you cannot access you messages which they delete

    The program started as expected and I was prescribed and started taking medication as directed. After a few weeks my pharmacy and insurance provider reached out multiple times via different methods to Calibrate with no response. It took me several weeks, filing support request through multiple channels to receive generic responses. I have even reached out directly to the *** with no response. As a healthcare profession, it is extremely concerning that this company is prescribing medication that need titrating and they provide little to no medication management. During my experience a new platform has been launched which has made communication nearly impossible as well as accessing the important services that are paid for.
