    I was so excited to join. I downloaded the app and during the intake process the app froze so couldnt complete the intake. I submitted a support ticket saying that I cannot access the app at all. They send me an email saying that I need to go to the app to see their response. I submit another ticket saying I cannot access the app. I also try removing the app and re-adding but that doesnt work either. Again, I get an email instructing me to access the app to see their response. Im starting to feel something isnt right so I contact my bank to dispute the initial charge. There is no way to get a hold of Calibrate other than submitting a support ticket. So I submit another case to cancel my account. They respond saying theyll refund all but $250 for a processing fee. Keep in my mind, they havent processed anything for me at this point. Its such a shady business. Luckily, my bank was able to get me the full refund.

    I joined in June 2023 and was hit with multiple requests for my insurance card information. I work in healthcare. Their rationale made no sense. My sign up name differed than my insurance card name (nickname vs formal), however their intake form asks for legal and preferred/nicknames. Not sure why this was a hang up as any legitimate EMR relies on the legal name, not nickname or signup name. After submitting for the third time, no response. Received my scale. Did the available classes. Requested information about lab orders. Its now been over two business weeks. No response. Ive asked to cancel. No response. I cannot proceed in the curriculum without lab work being completed. I cannot get lab orders or responses to my requests. This appears to be a scam, at worst, a shoddy attempt at running healthcare with no experience scaling. Either way, I did not sign up to be an end user seed funder. I joined for a service and that service has not been provided whatsoever.

    What everyone has stated about the appalling customer service, lack of responsiveness and being trapped in contracts, unable to get medications etc. are true. I stupidly signed up for a second year in late March 2023. I was between 6 and 9 months into the first year. They started pushing via electronic targeted messaging to sign up so I did and prepaid for the next year. I have tried to cancel it but was told the second year is non refundable. It is in their ******************* which changed March 24, 2023 about the time they pushed me to buy, which I did on March 31, 2023. If I bought a week earlier and asked for a refund before I have my 1 year doctor call, they could refund my full amount. I have not yet had my one year doctor call but Im not grandfathered in under the old, pre March 24th **&Cs. I am so frustrated with them. I was told if I chose a different 2nd year plan they could refund the difference. I requested that about 10 days ago and of course have not received any response. My coach told me I still show signed up for the most expensive plan as of today. Today is my coachs last day there BTW. I should have been alerted by the crappy responsiveness from their medical team which had already been happening to me earlier in the year but the coaches at that time said it was just the software and the new release will improve everything. The new software is a stripped down, bare bones crappy messaging platform. Previous patient records seem to be unavailable, service is worse and the ability to directly message your coach via meeting agendas is no longer available. I have now had two coaches leave because of Calibrates crappy, deplorable system. They also feel like there is no support for them or the clients and seriously said they cannot in good conscience work for such a horrible company that is ripping off people and leaving them hanging. I am most angry that I allowed myself to be duped. Yes, I have lost weight, but not because of Calibrate.

    If youre considering this business, dont! It is the worst. The only way to communicate with them is through the app, which they barely reply. They are not in business to help people, its a cash grab, plain and simple.

    No follow up will not call you back after you pay they will not call back get your medication takes weeks. Cancels meds without letting you know. Horrible customer service.

    Buyer beware. I paid the full registration amount online. The only way to proceed is through the app. The app is not working. I am unable to register or get support. I have emailed three different addresses provided on the website . No response from the company. There no customer service number to speak with a person. I would not like a full refund. Is this a real company?

    *********************. I only give them a 1 star because I cant do any less. The initial visit with the doctor was horrible. I was clear she was annoyed with her job. **** and condescending. One of the reasons I chose the program was for the MD element to compare all of my other meds with the weight loss meds. The coach was actually okay. She was nice, kind and seemed to want to help. Outside of that, save your time if you are looking for meds. Shortly after I established primary care. ******* was not covered under my insurance but ******* is. Same medication. If I am paying 2k, whoever is doing the preauth should know that. It took 20 mins for my doc to identify that my insurance would pay for the meds I wanted. I have spent the money I saved on a local healthy eating support and social group. After a lot of back and forth, I did get my money back.

    Terrible experience- started calibrate in April and still have no medication. Communication is poor and the app. Is terrible. Unresponsive- have asked how to cancel since havent received medication yet no response. Not sure how to cancel this program so they stop taking money.

    I rejoined this program after having a positive experience in 2022. I have had zero communication with company and have requested a refund and hope they will actually get back to me about it. There were issues submitting my insurance information to them and they were quick to reply initially about that. Then, once I got my lab work done on 6/10, I waited for weeks to try and schedule an appointment with a doctor. On 6/16 I received an email from them saying there was an "error they had fixed" and that I would be able to schedule an appointment with a doctor on 6/23. It's now 7/3 and I have messaged them multiple times with no responses. According to their teams and conditions, I'm entitled to a refund, less the $200 setup fee, which is a joke. I'm filing here, have filed a 'services not rendered' complaint with ******, and am hoping that my review here will spare others from being duped by the company.

    Terrible customer support! I paid my annual fee in May 2023, it is now July 2023 and I have yet to start the service based on the app not functioning properly. The support messages and tickets I opened are all "in progress". I want my money back and am reporting the Calibrate scam to the BBB!
