    This is a terrible business. Once they have your money you get no support or help. Complete waste of money.

    I have been trying to cancel my Calibrate membership for 2 months. I was let go from my job 3 days after I signed up around April 24. I lost my health insurance. I have a $1600 loan from ******. I contacted Calibrate immediately to cancel since I dont have the money to pay nor the insurance and I have not received a single service from the program. I received the autobot reply but nothing else. I tried again on 5/24/23; received the autobot reply again. I called the company twice with no answer. I made a claim with ****** and sent proof of my repeated attempts to cancel the membership. ****** DENIED my claim as of yesterday, 6/26/23, citing that Calibrate has not cancelled my membership, so I am responsible for the $1600 loan. And no, Calibrate has not sent any other communication to me in the meantime. I am distraught!

    oined and then started looking at other reviews about their lack of responsiveness so I decided to cancel the plan that same day (which is under their policy- 72hr policy) since its a huge financial commitment I wanted to be sure. Its been 7 days and Ive messaged them at least 1x a day and Ive only received one response and that was asking if they could ask why and try to keep me. No other responses, no refund. Its ridiculous. Based on this I dont trust the company and dont recommend!

    I wish I read the BBB reviews before signing up for this fraudulent company! The lack of response from Calibrate, after at minimum 30 requests for assistance, since March 25th is insane. When I first signed up, everything went smoothly but after the initial doctor's *********** it went quickly downhill. I had to repeatedly ask how to sign up for the twice weekly required coaching sessions with no response for a month. When I did get a response, I submitted my availability at Calibrate's request and got, you guessed it, no response for another 3 weeks. I sent in multiple requests for help with no answer. I also was never able to access the next level of classes and asked repeatedly, with no answer, for access to the classes so I could keep myself on track while waiting for the medication to be pre-authorized. It is now June 27th and I still have no received any communication from Calibrate on the status of my medication prior authorization BUT I have received notification from my pharmacy that it was denied several times due to LACK OF RESPONSE FROM CALIBRATE! They said they were prepared to approve it but had requested additional information 5 times and never heard back from Calibrate. So now I have no classes, the wrong date for coaching sessions that never show up and no medication. This is plain and simple fraud. I have filled a complaint with the ** ***** ******** ********s consumer complaint office for fraud, as well.

    Communication is terrible and they dont rely to emails. They were unable to provide the medication so Im asking for a refund. They arent responding to any emails. Very frustrating

    Can you give zero stars? This company is a scam. I did the lab work and had a doctors appt with them 110 days ago. Since then their communication has been horrible. They take from days to weeks to respond to any message. I have asked many times about the status of my prescription and they have said (after delays) that they are still working on back and forth with my insurance, however I called my insurance and they said that had one prior authorization/ coverage inquiry from them in March (when I first signed up) and have not heard anything from them since. So working on it with my insurance is a lie. I have since requested my account be cancelled and that I get a refund but again- no response yet, for days. This company is an absolute scam and I want my money back ASAP.

    I am extremely dissatisfied with their customer service, or lack thereof. I have tried reaching out many times in the last few weeks just to receive a refill on my medication. I hear nothing. Super disappointed and would not suggest this company to anyone, which is sad because my results so far are exciting, but I can't in good conscience share much about it with others.***********************

    I would give zero stars if it were an option. They are taking payments monthly via ****** but I have yet to have my initial doctor visit. Responses from their support app are rare and there is no other way to contact them. $1600 later and Ive not talked with one person or had my first appointment, I want my money back and dont even have a way to request it. This is bordering scam and needs to be dealt with.

    Calibrate may once have been a good company - the coaching and literature was very helpful. However, the recent app update was a complete dumpster fire and the customer service is inadequate (I'm sure they're nice and trying their best but they must be deluged 'cause the response time is completely inadequate. Even for medical issues/questions which is HIGHLY concerning). At this point, I'm paying and basically have no access to drug, coaching, a functional app. I would strongly recommend avoiding this program. Even if you successfully loose weight, they will leave you high and dry in the end. Medically unethical.

    I have trying to cancel my membership and the app doesnt even allow me to read the message. And the only way to contact customer service is through the app. I havent done anything but make an account. Please cancel my membership *** asked repeatedly for the past three weeks.
