      I started a membership through weight watchers in February, in which I was prescribed compounded ***********. I had been taking it through last month. I received notification that WW would no longer be able to supply Coumpunded GLP-1's and that my membership would automatically be terminated on 5/22/25. I was fine with that. I was charged a fee yesterday of $94 for my membership which is supposed to terminated today. I also read that they want me to pay $179 through February of 2026. I am NOT paying for a membership that I can no longer receive the services I had signed up for. I want to be refunded the $94. And I want the commitment plan cancelled.

      I cancelled my subscription in 2024, got a confirmation email with the message saying the subscription would be active till 12/24. I have been charged $45 each month following. January- this month.. May. I reached out thru email to be told they dont use email anymore. I cannot chat because my online access has ended. I am still trying to contact by phone but having trouble. I feel like they are scamming me!

      I purchased a subscription plan to WeightWatchers Clinic after a great deal of research. I asked via ******** messenger for someone to confirm the pricing shown online and I was promised the pricing was $189 a month for the subscription and medication. I specifically asked if there were hidden cost and was told the only additional cost would be if I needed extra vials. I attempted to sign up for a plan, but had some technical issues. I ended up signing up for a plan one week later, but it was an incorrect plan and had to get it switched. My plan officially started on May 13th. Today when I finally got my options, Im being told that it will be $49 a month for the subscription and and additional $349 a month for medication. This is more than double a month what I was told. When I asked them to cancel my membership, they said because I signed a year contract they will not let me out of it and I have to pay the full year of at least the subscription. I complained that I do not want to pay because they were not honest with their pricing and therefore I should be let out of my pricing. They then claimed the *** discontinued the use of compound semiglutide in the week between when they gave me the price and when I signed up. After research I found this to he untrue. It was done in February. They will not help me. I need your help.

      They were providing epic on a 12 month plan. They no longer have accessible to epic and I emailed them asking what was going to happen. They said if I do nothing my plan would cancel on May 22 and I would not be charged further. My membership would cancel automatically. I screen shot the conversation. They just charged my card the full monthly membership even though I no longer have access on the app to the clinic. When you call they telll you to go thru the clinic on your app. Others online have said they did the same thing to them. I received nothing for this ******.

      On jan 20th I entered into a membership contract with Weight Watchers contingent on the ability to provide compounded semi-glutide. As of May 8th we received a notification that it was no longer available due to *** ruling and that our membership would be terminated if we did not reply by May 22nd as of today I was told that my membership would still continue throughout the end of the contract even though that medication is not available anymore. The Alternatives offered I previously stated it at the start of the contract I could not use. I would like my membership terminated all memberships terminated with Weight Watchers as previously stated and they're noticed to me. Their notice did not state that a second membership would still be in play it stated membership that is the deceptive practice to not include all memberships

This charge was unauthorized and occurred despite my contract being set to automatically terminate on May 22, 2025, due to the company no longer being legally allowed to offer *********** as part of their clinical weight loss program.Ahead of the cancellation, WeightWatchers informed me that they would no longer be able to provide ***********. However, they then attempted to persuade me to sign a 12-month contract in exchange for one final refilla move I consider predatory and unethical, particularly given the medical importance of the drug. I declined the offer and did not agree to any contract extension or service renewal.Despite this, I was still charged $179, and no valid services have been rendered since.Desired Outcome:I am requesting a full refund of the $179 charge, written confirmation that my account has been fully terminated, and assurance that no further charges will occur.

      I had signed up for a membership plan with WW but the next day realized it was not the type of program I was looking for. I went online and canceled it. No where did I see anything stating I could not cancel or that even if I canceled I would still be charged. The care team for whatever reason did not cancel my account. I never went back because I thought it was canceled. I got charged the next month and was extremely confused. I tried talking to customer service where I was pretty much told that they get to decide if I can cancel or not and that even if I cancel they can still charge me for the duration of the membership. They did not help and talked to me like I was an idiot and said this was all on the site which if I saw that I wouldnt have signed up as to me this is a scam and fraud. I am not sure how they can get away with that. The care team has no contact numbers and can take up to 2-3 business days to respond and even then can decide not to cancel. I cant even take my card out of the site. I want a refund and canceled membership I do not want to get charged again or have any affiliation with this company.

      I just received an email from Weight Watchers stating that they couldn't process my payment, apparently because I recently cancelled my credit card. HOWEVER, I have not been a member of Weight Watchers for at least 8 years. I have never received any notifications that i was being charged until the one i just received stating that they couldn't process it. Somewhere along like line it seems they started charging. I've tried every which way to contact them about this and they make it impossible.

      I am going to repeat what I saw another customer state since I have the same issue. $259 for me. Here is what another client said, "Signed up April 23 2025 under the impression I was getting compound *********** for $189 a month. Since then I got nothing but a run around from the clinic and long response wait times lasting days. I woke up to a notice that they are not supplying *********** starting May 21! They knew they were stopping this and are luring people to sign up-misleading them to take their money! These thieves took my money and plan on charging me still without supplying any services I signed up for! I did not sign up to pay $350-$499 a month!" They are very sneaky and deceptive. They have moved from being about health improvement to becoming drug pushers. Now they cannot use ***** so what deception will they employ now? I have no use for any of their services once I found out that the drug they were pushing caused very concerning side effects. Outside of their drugs they offer nothing else. A once strong brand has now become a drug-focused organization who cares nothing about the health of their clients. I have much more info to share about this deceptive organization and their useless care providers who do nothing but focus on what dosage of drug to provide. Refund the money and don't contact me again.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      I only received a $129.03 credit on my account and that is not for the full amount they owe me which is $259. So they still haven't refunded the remainder $129.97. These are the games they like to play. Instead of simply refunding the $259 which they charged on May 12th they come up with some arbitrary number and claim that they have resolved the issue. This number does not align to anything they have ever sent me. They charged $259 and that is all I will accept as a credit. As I explained earlier I am not interested in playing these games and will not stop until the full $259 is refunded as well as their acknowledgement that I will receive no more changes from them.
