      Per *** Guidelines/Regulations, the company Weight Watchers cannot work with a compound pharmacy to produce compound *********** since there is no longer a shortage with the parent patent company *************. I canceled a membership with Weight Watchers and their clinic on May 20, 2025. At 11:34 pm that night I even got a confirmation email for it. The next day I was charged $179 for membership fees - for a membership I had cancelled the day before. I was charged for this on May 21, 2025 at 1:18 pm. In every email I get as a receipt for the membership, it say you may cancel and your cancellation will go into effect immediately. Talking with the cumstomer service has led to them suggesting I talk to the care team. These are the folks that deal with my meds and healthcare. I am not able to get them to refund this fee. Please help me, I feel like they are making it impossible to leave and will keep charging me money on something I canceled.

      WW Clinic has provided a billing history related to your program. The $179.00 charge shown on your statement for May 21, 2025, includes a few items. Your standard monthly Clinic Fee is $94. However, a prorated refund of $75.65 has been applied to this fee. The remaining $85.00 of the total charge is for a prescription you ordered on April 16, 2025.

      Please note that, as stated in our Terms and Conditions, all prescriptions are billed in the month following the order.

      I joined WeightWatchers Clinic program because I can get weight loss medication, which is not covered by my insurance. I have been notified by WeightWatchers that the medication I contracted for is no longer being manufactured and no longer available through WeightWatchers. If I wished to continue with WeightWatchers I would need to indicate this by clicking a link by May 18, 2025. If I did not, my contract would be "automatically terminated on May 22, 2025." Since I cannot get the medication outlined in my contract, I opted to NOT click the link and have my contract terminated. Today, May 22, 2025, I received notification that I would be charged the continued amount of $179.00 on May 26, 2025, which is the amount of my original contract which included the medication (which is no longer available per WeightWatchers). I do NOT want to be charged. Since they cannot fulfill the original contract terms, I want all membership canceled immediately and no further billing.

      Weight Watchers is still trying to bill me for their clinic program, even though they are no longer providing access to the weight loss medications. They have ignored numerous requests to cancel my clinic membership and switch over to the core program. I demand they immediately cease charging me when they are no longer fulfilling their contract.

      I originally signed up in March 2025 for *********** as self pay. My care team assured me they took into account my subscription when asked about the news of the *** stopping the production of compounded meds, and I would be fine. I was confident in doing a ******************************** I was informed by other members they were being told they couldnt fulfill their orders after May. I then reached out to my team and eventually was told I would be able to fully cancel my commitment plan as of 5/22/2025 once they had to stop selling the medication. I reached out today to be told I could not cancel, but could be downgraded to a plan where I will still be charged, but receive no services. The medications they are offering in place of ***** are off label uses, and honestly some are not safe (per my actual ** and Gi **** Multiple members have been told that their plans would automatically be cancelled as of today, while others were cancelled weeks ago, and then $179-$189 taken out of their account, and they are unable to communicate with anyone, because WeightWatchers took away their ability to talk with the clinic team

      I have been trying to cancel with WW clinic since around the beginning of the month. I found out I am pregnant and am getting the run around on canceling I have tried twice through the clinic side twice through the 24 hr chat and once thru the 800 number and no resolution I think it is wrong that Im paying for something that Im not able to use due to being pregnant Ive never had this much problems before when canceling with WW back in 2019 when I first got pregnant all I did was call and they canceled it but now Im jumping through hoops and its not fair I just want to cancel!!

      I joined Weight Watchers online in March 2025. I signed up for the year long subscription service which included compounded *********** or another weight loss drug. I was just informed that they are unable to send me any compounded weight loss drug, but I have no choice but to continue paying $75 a month until March 2026. I feel that they lured me into their company with false statements. I should not have to pay $75 a month for nothing. I don't want to use their website, I wanted the compounded ***********.

      I enrolled in a ******* membership with WW clinical on 5/18/25 at approximately 7:30am. By 8:15 am I sent a message to the care team advising them of my mistake as well as to the regular WW chat service who informed me I needed to contact the care team. On Monday 5/19 I sent another message stating I made a mistake and wanted to cancel the clinical portion of my membership because after reviewing the terms it was not a fit to which they responded I had no recourse and was on the hook for the full ********************************************* a service. For the past few days I have called WW customer service as well as communicated to the care team specialist who refuses to cancel the 12 month commitment even though the terms and conditions state there is a 3days cooling off period (along with my states rule of 3 days for weight loss programs) to which they say do not apply to the clinical contract I mistakenly entered into. They refuse to help and there is no way to speak to anyone about the issue - they only offer an online chat platform and Im not even sure its an actual person because they are giving me canned responses. There are hundreds of complaints online and via the BBB about their fraudulent practices and I desperately need help.

      I signed up for Weight Watchers Clinic for a year. I waited a week with back and forth messages asking me to resubmit information that I had already submitted only to find out that my ***************** isnt accepted. All of the offered medications are covered by my insurance, but the clinicians are unable to submit medication coverage to them. This is unacceptable. I should have been told this upfront and not charged a monthly fee for something I can get prescribed by my ************ Physician. I wish to be refunded and have my clinic account canceled.

       I was not told up front that my insurance would not be accepted  it was only after a week of back and forth that I was told the clinicians could not work with Tricare or other government insurances. I was not offered any other solutions and I was ignored. I tried to call Weight Watchers and the number only rings and then hangs up. Since my insurance is not accepted, and I was not told this up front, and now you no longer offer the compounded medications, I want to downgrade to the Core for the remained of my commitment

      I cancelled my membership to weight watchers on December 3 and my credit card was still charged $336. I sent numerous messages to them and they didnt cancel my message and continued to charge my card. I would like a full refund for these charges.

      This member enrolled in the 3-month Clinic plan on November 18, 2024. The first month was priced at $49.00, and the subsequent two months were $84.00 each.

      At the end of the initial 3-month period, the membership was still active, and in accordance with the plan terms, continued to accrue charges. The total amount charged to this membership to date is $301.00.

      Our records indicate a single cancellation request submitted on April 16, 2025.

      I signed up with WW Clinic in January/February 2025. It took a month to be seen by a Nurse Practitioner and the person was a no show. I was charged $74 for monthly service and I had to repeated 'text' to get the initial appt. The make-up appt was scheduled and instead of crediting me for the $74 payment, they did a 'time' credit. I am still waiting to get started and now they have charged me $74 for April and another $74 for May-- and I have received nothing but run around. I asked for a refund since I have received nothing and was told I would get another time credit. That makes no sense if I am not getting any service or benefit. I also asked about ***'s action regarding compounding pharmacies. At this point I either want service or cancel my membership and refund the $275 I have paid for absolutely nothing. Very bad business practice. I have been a faithful 'regular' customer, but this experiment with their ********************** is an epic failure.
