I signed up for the $10.00 monthly plan for 10 months. I did not realize that there was no online/desktop version of the program. Only the app. I have serious eyesight issues, and I cannot use the app. I called and cancelled today. I hope they actually do it.

What you don't realize is that when WW customers sign up on ****** play for 1-12+ months for the deal is that it's not specified that it's only for virtual tracking. If you want to attend an in person meeting you have ot have a certain specified membership that you can not sign up for via WW ****** play. I've tried to get refunded or credited through WW to upgrade and no one will validate my request. I'm trying to to this company a benefit and I cannot. They need to have better relations with ****** play I do no want to have to sign up AGAIN FOR WW via weightwatchers.com just because the app doesn't support the upgrade. This is unaccpetable

I was very disappointed to find out that WW now has phased out their online tracking via a desktop computer. You can only track points and do most other things through their Android or Apple app. The only thing you can do on the website is find recipes and print them out if you desire. The second drawback is that WW (both for recipes and for food) does not break down the nutrient content of your tracked foods/meals. You never know how many calories you are eating, and other important nutrients, like carbs an protein (I am diabetic, so I need to know these things!).Third, when you select the diabetic plan, they increase your daily points a bit, but they get used up much faster because most foods count more in the case of the diabetic metabolism. For example, I made their No Sugar Added Blueberry Muffin recipe, and it counted as 3 points in the recipe, but when I tracked it, I was docked 4 points. Also, a lot of the "free foods" aren't fee when on the diabetic plan, like fruits and startchy veggies. Fourthly, they offer a in-app feature that can put items from a recipe in a grocery cart/shopping list, but the only service this transfers to is Instacart (which is known for their high prices and additional fees and tips). If you have a ******* + In-Home subscription, you cannot import your list there at all. I also found the feature to be glitchy--if one recipe has salt in it as do so many, it lists the salt for every recipe imported, so you get it listed more than once. It also misses ingredients.Number five: if you try to use a third-party app like AnyList to get around promblem 4, WW recipes do not import. Bummer!Other negatives:* It is expensive after initial deal * I don't think the program is maintainable long-term--it is just too restrictive in many ways.* You could theoretically go over your daily calorie limit eating all the free foods you want, and then you won't lose weight!* It does not encourage exercise enough Overall, a bummer experience.

This is a scam. I signed up in November of 2023 after 4 months of not being satisfied, and having issues with the app, I cx. When they charged my card the next month I called in to cx. They apologized to me and told me they would stop payments. Today I was charged again, I made another attempt and now was told when I signed up I signed up for a long-term discounted price (The first I heard of that) and when I called in in March it was not cx. Then she proceeded to tell me good thing is this is your last payment, I will cx now. So I am out $94.16 for a program I have not used since March!!!! Yeah me. They are nothing but rip-offs.

I joined this to improve my health and lose weight. I was doing great, but for 3 months I did not use it for personal reasons, but continued to pay my monthly fee. Then I went in to start over, and had an extremely hard time signing it, but finally did. Only to find out, the chart to track your points and how many points you are allowed for a day, were completely gone. I went to chat with them and all I got was a bunch of ****. They continued to tell me I had to switch over to an app on my phone. I told them I preferred the web, they said, well in Feb. 2024 we changed it because many more people were using the app. BALONEY, I asked why they don't consider the elderly that do not or cannot use an app, shouldn't we be considered? I was told to go to one of the workshops for in person help. I explained, if I use an app and go over my allowed gigs or whatever they are called, I get charged extra and I never know until I get notice. I don't use app just because of that, I don't want to go over. I want to use the website and they just don't care. And I told them, they are not thinking of those of use who cannot use an app. I am so disgusted and frustrated with them.

I signed up for Weight Watchers - Buy 6, get 12 months, this program includes meetings. They continued to charge me after 6 months. When I called to inquire the representative said I have to pay for 12 months but Im getting 50% off. I said there advertising says Buy 6 get 12 months not 50% off. The representative said instead of me paying $60 a month Im paying 30 plus tax $33.90 for 12 months. To me this is false advertising to the customers and very poor service from the customer service representative.

Weight Watchers is completely dishonest. They have changed their business model so often, and now there're completely unaccountable to the consumer. It stinks. They change their joining and membership policies on a dime. It stinks. Who do these people think they are??I think they should be put out of business, for good. I hope they are prosecuted for their predatory behavior, and soon. And let them go bankrupt, they would be us a big favor.

I Signed up for three months with the WW clinic and they continued to charge me with no services provided. I had one video call with PA and then no support after that. I was charged 84 for the two months after my three months ended. Very poor service.

I signed up for a 10 month WW program for $10.89 per month in October 2023. On April 21 2024 I cancelled my membership, subscription or whatever WW calls it. Full disclosure, I realized that I was stilled being billed in July. When I notified WW I was told that my membership had been cancelled; however, I still had access to the membership features????? Which I have not used since I cancelled my "membership" in April. WW has credited my account for the months I was billed, but WW was not at all forthcoming in canceling my membership. I was on WW a number of years ago, the program has changed. It seems that they are more focused on GLP weight loss, than people losing weight the "old fashioned way." In the middle of the game aka my membership you could only access WW with the app. I was not happy with this. I take full responsibility for my weight loss or gain!!!! I would not recommend to anyone.

I signed up for the 10-month program in April 2023. I cancelled at the end of 2023. The 10-month would have put me to Feb 2024. I have been charged every month and they are telling me it is because I had friends sign up and got free months that I still need to be charged until Sept, because of the free months I received. - which does not make them free. Please stay away from this company!!
