  I set up a trial account in July to test the service. I cancelled immediately so I would not be billed on an ongoing basis. I was billed again in august then september. I tried cancelling again twice on the website. Everytime I received an email or web confirmation of my cancellation. BUT I STILL KEEP GETTING BILLED.I have no filed two credit card complaints. The first time I have ever done so.This company is a scam and their cancellation policy/ flow is criminal.

  The cancelation for this account was not taking for some reason. We emailed the member letting her know we have it fully canceled now stopping all further charges, have issued a full refund and apologized for the inconvenience.

  WW is misleading. I tried to cancel after reviewing their program and they simply kept sending me more information about the plan. I have tried multiple times to cancel and they changed my contract and extended it without my consent. I'm still paying monthly for a program I don't want. They should be ashamed of how rhey are doing people needing help with weight loss.

  This membership was signed up for on 4/29/23. It is a 10 month commitment plan at the reduced price of $10 per month and it has not been extended. As a courtesy, this membership has been canceled as of today.

  Ships chocolate snacks/food in summer heat without any labeling, then refuses to file claim with ******* who leaves package in full sun 2steps below shaded porch, where it Sat for hours in90 degree heat. Obviously theyve received complaints so they bury a warning in their terms where youd look to complain about shipment, obviously NOT where youd see anything before ordering. I reached a rude rep that thought it would be funny to disconnect me, so heres this review. Dont order!!! Then the real fun comes when you can to complain & all they say is its not their fault-maybe not their falling numbers either-then you get the RUDEST rep that cannot understand why a person would be ***et about receiving $40++ of mostly melted chocolate because *** surepost is the lowest IQ form of all shippers & to offer me a$5 credit on a next order-there wont be one-instead off offering to file a super claim!!!! How about asking a label to box that it contains food/dont leave it in the sun??!!! Alert IQ

  Cancelled during COVID and they continued to bill me for 3 years! When I finally found out, I was told they will do nothing to help me. I couldn't even log in to the app due to them entering my email wrong (I signed ** in a workshop).

  I signed up for their 3 day trial and then cancelled it. Come to find out they have still been charging me. I contacted them today and had to fight to get refunded and actually have my membership cancelled since the original agent I spoke to didnt do it. This company is a fraud and a scam. Eat whatever and lose weight. Yeah not! I will never do business with them again and I will make sure everyone knows not to do with business with them

  This membership was signed up for on 3/1/23. It was a 6 month commitment plan. The cancelation came in on 3/9/23 and because it was past our three day cool off period, it set to cancel at the end of the 6 months. We regret our program did not work for this member.

  One of those situations where the company would get a zero star if that were an option. Not only did they trick me into getting a 6 month subscription with a promise of a free scale that they never sent but the program itself is not healthy in any way and promotes a bad relationship with food. When I went to cancel my subscription they lied about being unable to hopefully to keep me as a customer this program is not a good program and they scam customers with promises they never intended to keep.

  I have tried to cancel this for months and every time I use their online cancellation, it says it was processed and to wait for an email to confirm. I never get the email and they keep charging me. They also do not have customer support on the weekends (when I do bills of course) so it has been impossible to get ahold of anyone. Absolutely unacceptable! DO NOT use them.

  This membership was a special promotion for 10 months at the reduced price of $10 per month. The member put in for cancelation on 1/28/23. The cancelation emails shows delivered and opened. This email states, per the membership terms, it will cancel at the end of the 10 month membership. Our cancelation Terms are very clearly stated and show several times during the sign up process, including on the screen where one enters payment information. Then it shows again on the Welcome screen and in the emailed sign-up receipt.

  Horrible customer service. Called because I wanted to cancel my membership after trying it for the 4th time with no success and they said we can cancel it but I'm obligated to pay for the next 10 months. After explaining as a previous member, there were no lengthy contracts and I wasn't aware they basically said too bad. Never again and the diet ***** anyways with all the tracking. There are plenty of free apps that do that. Save your money and sanity, you get nowhere with customer service

  This membership was a special promotion for 10 months at the reduced price of $10 per month. Our Terms are very clearly stated on the website. In fact, during the sign up process, there is a box that must be checked before submitting that has two small paragraphs and in ******* states While you may cancel your subscription at any time, cancellation will not go into effect until the end of your Commitment Plan. After submitting, the next screen says Welcome to the Community and under Order Confirmation it shows again that same paragraph with the canceling message in bold. And yet again, it is in the sign up receipt email.

  My login information somehow was reactivated from a long time ago (I did not do this). I called and asked for it to be cancelled and refunded. They said that because they cannot determine how it was set up that they cannot cancel my subscription and will be charged $24 every month till October. I cannot afford this at the moment. Terrible customer service. I will NEVER use this service again.

  This membership was signed up for in January and is a 9 month plan with the first 3 months at $0 and it came with a free gift valued at $50. The email notifying the shipping of the free gift was opened and the tracking shows it was picked up 3 months ago at a **** facility. Our cancelation Terms are very clearly stated and show several times during the sign up process, including on the screen where one enters payment information. Then it shows again on the Welcome screen and in the emailed sign-up receipt.

  They closed all the studios in & near North ******!!! Yet, they still want to take my $$$. I have been a member since 2011 & made lifetime. This is totally unacceptable!! When I tried to talk to customer service about this, they told me it was convenient enough & then she gave me the silent treatment so I would go away. The message that this has sent the members is that they do not care about their members! WW has always been about support & encouragement. This just says they want my $$ & then abandon me. If they require regular weigh-ins in order to stay Lifetime, then they need to make sure they have plenty of convenient locations. Or, change the weigh-in to virtual.

  First of all, we congratulate this member for reaching Lifetime status as it is a big achievement! We understand this change is hard and can leave feelings of uncertainty. Please know we did not make these decisions lightly. There are still many studios open in the ****** area, though if none are convenient, a Lifetime membership gives access to hundreds of virtual workshops seven days a week, at many times throughout each day and we invite these members to visit as many as they like to find a new Coach and community, one that feels best. While some workshop experiences may change, our commitment to our members is to offer the same accountability, community, and science-backed program they know and love. Also, as a reminder, the monthly fee for a Lifetime member who is not active or not at goal is quite low, offering the same benefits as Premium members who pay more than twice as much.
