DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I was under the impression when I booked with them they had their own trucks. I dealt with **** and when the bike was damaged in transport she vanished and wanted nothing to do with the problem. They broker out to companies that have no insurance and don't take responsibility for the damages. The driver and company they put on my transport dropped the bike out of the trailer and decided to fix it on the side of the road and put tape on the inside of the fairings and Bondo outside and spay paint it. That's not the only damage that was done either. There was a lot of damage done to the bike other than the fairings. I spoke with **** after I was told to take the Ducati to the shop and get an estimate to repair it and now that he has the estimate. **** said I should have read the contract better. This is not an honest company and I would stay far away.Ultimate Transport 123

We are writing in response to this review and would like to point out the following:
We are a broker, the customer understood going into the transaction - we were required to assign an insured carrier company, which we did. Ultimate Transport 123 is not responsible for the damages/claim - however we have supplied the client with all resources necessary to assist him in the claim process including but not limited to: carrier's insurance.
Furthermore; we were advised that originally the carrier offered to pay out of pocket but it was understood that the client was claiming damages not caused by them in addition. In addition to that, the client signed on delivery that there were no damages present.
Ultimate Transport 123 is not responsible for this, and would like this denied based on facts stated above.

If it's ****, I will definitely rate it a 10!! Communication wise is very detailed, I have been given updates by the company and the driver himself been updating me all throughout the transport process. I will for sure recommend UltimateTransport123 to my family and friends.Ultimate Transport 123

Please! Please! Dont USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. There are enough complaints, that we all have experienced the same issues. Ultimate Transport appears to do this as a known practice. The company advertised a 3 day window, however, no call was given and the driver was assigned more than a week later. And, THIS ISNt stated in the contract. Since the contract had been signed, there was no recourse, because they have your credit card information. I also wanted to have vehicle returned, I didnt give a return date and left it open. HOWEVER, Im now in dispute with the credit card company and Ultimate Transport, because the service was never provided for a return.I URGE YOU NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY.As a final resort I used AGT WHICH PROVIDED ON TIME AND HONEST SERVICE.BUYER BEWARE! No response used could rectify this matter. These companies must be held accountable for their actions and misleading business practicesUltimate Transport 123

I was pushed to sign a contract by the sales person who promised much differently than the contract. I was promised a three-day window for pick-up. I was promised that they "had their own drivers" and a spot was "secured." When the time to transport arrived, I had not heard from the company or any transporter. I called and was told that we were on the schedule but the driver "had not signed the contract." Our moving day arrived, still no driver to transport our vehicle. **************** refused to call me back and told me I would have to pay a cancellation fee if we didn't wait for them. We left town and found another company who actually came to pick up our vehicle. We were still billed a $200 cancellation fee (when the contract said $100) by Ultimate Transport 123 for services they did not provide. We were threatened that they would send the total contract price to collections if we didn't pay the fee. We would NEVER recommend this company.Ultimate Transport 123

To Whom it May ******************** checking, we have the first available pickup date scheduled for 11/10/2023. As per the contract that they have signed with us, when a customer provides a first available pick-up date, we have 10 business days from that date to dispatch a driver to pick up the assigned vehicle/s. It was dispatched on 11/13/2023 and the client cancelled on the same day. As per Cancellation policy, If your vehicle has been dispatched and it was cancelled, your reservation fee will be charged in full. We strive to provide the best service possible, and we are sorry the transport did not work out.

Do not use this company!!!These people are crooks. I talked to this guy in ******** named ******* who assured me they would pick up my car on the time i needed. The day before pick up they tryed to change the pick up date which i told him it had to be on that day.He assured me it would be no problem. Well you know what happened after that? Its gets worse.A few hours before pick up i texted the dispatcher and he gave me some ******** story about the Driver gunna be late and cant pick up the car for a nother 6 hours. I could not get a hold of any one to help me out both broker ******* and dispatcher would not call me back to help me. Three days later there still trying to get some one to get my car. LOL . They refuse to give me a full refund because they said i canceled service Funny ha. So i disputed the card company and will get a full refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! To Whom it May ****************** regret that the customer is unhappy with the service. Upon checking, we have the first available pickup date scheduled for 10/17/2023. As per the contract that they have signed with us, when a customer provides a first available pick-up date, we have 10 business days from that date to dispatch a driver to pick up the assigned vehicle/s. We fulfilled our agreement by dispatching a driver twice but the customer cancelled the ********************** because he already got his vehicle. Please be advised that we do not provide a specific guaranteed date for pick-up. All dates are estimates. We strive to provide the best service possible, and we are sorry the transport did not work out.

I asked for a quote. The person that contacted me from Ultimate Transport 123 was *****. I asked him to please send me a quote via text as I could not speak on the phone. Everything went south from there. I would recommend staying away from this company given how it treats potential customers. ****** is the text transcripts with *****. This is the biggest scam transport company i ever seen. I had contracted Ultimate Transport 123 to ship my car i purchased from ** to ** on 8/1/23. The original date of shipping was 8/28, and i told him that i have to ship before 8/31 for sure, he said yes. And on that day, nobody contact me, I had called several times attempting to obtain the actual shipper name and contact number, but was given the run-around by the employee, they keep saying they are looking. I had deposited $350 via CC for the service. I had made several attempts at calling the business, and spoke with another employee when ****** did not answer my calls nor texts.. Was told i would be contacted by next day. Now i have to cancel my flight to take care the car, because these scamm peple was a mess. I should read review before schedule it. This transport will be my LAST contract with Transportation 123 & I would advise ALL TO USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!I made the ****************** on Wednesday. It was advised that the driver will be dispatched within ***** hours for the pickup. The Transportation ****************************** & my family member repeatedly on the SAME DAY for the pickup. This was a huge inconvenience & seriously annoying with the repeated calls 2 hours after the reservation was scheduled. I explained, my family member is at work & cannot leave unscheduled to meet the driver. They called so many times, the car was brought to the driver on the same day, NOT ***** hours.On Thursday, I saw the deposit was incorrect! The deposit was supposed to be $300 as also listed on the contract. My card was charged $500! I did not receive a new contract or call advising the reason for the change. I called to speak with my contact, whom I requested by name. The *** did not let me speak to him. She tried to explain the deposit was an ************ said, NO! Not when there is a contract, but before I could finish my sentence, she hung ** in my face! I called back & asked for my contact again or the person that just hung up on me. *** ******* answered the phone & also hung ** in my face!!!! He was EXTREMELY HOSTILE, UNPROFESSIONAL, ARGUMENTATIVE & SPOKE VERY HARSHLY TO ME!!!!! I was unhappy about the change with my deposit. I never spoke harshly or used profanity. When I spoke to my contact, he explained what happened. That was a short & professional call...AS EXPECTED!! That is what ******* & the other female *** should have done! When a customer is upset & an employee in "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is contacted, then the reasonable expectation during the call is for the Representative to HELP the Customer!! Until the ******************************* Company improves their **************** department to actually HIRE people ro Service their CUSTOMERS, I would advise ALL TO USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY to transport their vehicles!!Ultimate Transport 123
