    Absolutely outstanding ****************** I submitted a claim for a refund of my travel deposit, due to medical issues, and from processing the request to receipt of the money was less than 1 week.I have used Aon on other travel and have never been disappointed with the costs associated nor the Customer experience!

    AON travels insurance is a fop off . They not going to approve your claim because they work with Carnival cruise, so they deny your claim so you have to have a credit with Carnival cruise to take another cruise. Dont get there insurance. SCAM

    I purchased travel insurance through Aon Affinity Travel Practice for a 10-day cruise. Our luggage was delayed 4 days in getting to the cruise ship. I have sleep apnea, and my CPAP machine was in my luggage. I struggled with sleeping because I had no medical device. I made a claim with the Aon Affinity Travel Practice, and they denied my claim. I was claiming compensation for delayed luggage and according to the insurance company. Only personal items like clothing, toiletry brought by you for your trip are covered while your luggage is delayed 24 hours of more on the trip. I would not recommend using this travel insurance company for your travels. They try to find any excuse not to pay a claim.************ 08/06/2024

    This company is horrible. Took 8 months of back and forth to deny a claim in which I canceled the trip due to COVID. $350 wasted!

    DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY. Stay away from them. They make it difficult to get your claim and require you to jump through various hoops. They say they follow policy on the step on the phone but they do not do so.

    I was scheduled to leave for a Road Scholar trip. On the date I was going to fly I was sick. I had a few symptoms (similar to a cold) and thought I would get better. At 2:00 a.m. I realized I couldn't fly from ********** to ********* and infect everyone on the plane as well as everyone on the tour. Additionally, if I got worse, I would be placing myself at risk. I cancelled my trip. This was a Sunday. I drove home and went to my doctor the next day who diagnosed me with **********. I filed a claim with AON and I was denied because I didn't see a physician before I cancelled my trip. I had to cancel my flight and my trip because it was scheduled to begin that day. *** has so many restrictions that I don't see how they pay any claims. They make it impossible to be paid because of all their rules. A friend of mine is fighting them today because they claim he has "preexisting conditions". At 77 years old, who doesn't. I received a credit through Road Scholar which I will use, but after this, I will not travel with Road Scholar again and I will NEVER purchase travel insurance through AON. If you search online, there are many sites where people aren't paid their claims. It is a racket, and I'm surprised to see so many 5 stars. However, the total of the reviews here total 2.84 out of 5. That is pathetic! BEWARE of this scam of a travel insurance company.

    Had to cancel our cruise after my girlfriend had to have emergency surgery. The customer reps were really helpful in explaining the steps to file a claim, what was required for a claim, and the time frame to review the claim. As expected, the file was reviewed and paid in the time frame they promised. I was very impressed and very pleased with the customer service and the fast turn around to pay out the claim.

    Wonderful company! Great experience with very efficient representatives. Top tier customer service. Prompt resolution and follow-up contact to convey caring and professionalism. Definitely recommend this company and no doubt will be repeat customers!

    Would never buy this insurance again! Read the fine print!! I purchased this insurance for my recent cruise. Unfortunately, I tripped and fell on the next to last day. Thought it was just a sprained ankle but it ended up being fractured and required surgery. ***** was denied as i didn't not have the doctor on the ship look at my foot. I've taken 50 + cruises and was never aware that I would have needed to see the doctor (even if they couldn't have helped me), before getting off the ship. So what I've learned is that if you get injured and have insurance go to the ships doctor, even if they can't help you, let them pay for that, otherwise you allow the insurance company a way out, which is what they are looking for.They should be required to advertise that in bold print rather than the fine print!
